Received my kit the following weekday after ordering and just in time to send it out within the time frame described in instructions. Theres quite a number of steps to make sure you get accurate results but being able to self test at home is really convenient and private. If you've done a self collection at the doctor, the process is not much different.

This was such an easy process. I received my kit in less than 24 hours and once I mailed it back, it took less than 48 hours for me to receive my results. I followed the instructions and was so pleased with how quick and efficient the whole process was. I also really liked how they offered aftercare if the results came back positive but fortunately for me they were negative. Highly recommend using this kit. Also, it is super affordable!

I’m not sure why people have been saying the instructions are hard, when in reality, I was able to make an account and register my kit in like 20 mins. The instructions card was easy to follow. I shipped out my sample in the beginning of the week and got a text saying my results were ready only a couple days later. This was so much easier than going to a doctors office and I got to do everything on my own time.

i was in need of a test kit, to which my roommate had recommended this product! she said it would be easy, accessible, and convenient, and she was absolutely right!not only was i able to get the product the very next day due to prime shipping, but i had to fairly easy time understanding and following the instructions on the kit.

Got my kit, sent it in right away and as of 1/6/25 no results and it was received Jan 2nd in the lab. No one answered the phone. No results ever given. It appears a scam

I collected my sample and dropped it off on the same day. Got my results within 48 hours of it getting to their lab. My results were super easy to get to (checked from my phone) and also fairly easy to understand.All in all, this was a very easy process to follow and I didn't have to go into a clinic to do the same exact test. 10/10 for convenience

Reading some of the bad comments, it sounds like people didn’t follow directions. I got the test, did exactly what it said to do and they sent me my results back in less than 48 hours. I don’t have health insurance, so this option was perfect for me. Discreet and a peace of mind 🤞🏽
