This stand is a good buy. But the instructions on how to assemble SUCK! I got it together to where I can hint out of my. But tye ring that's suppose to be the gun rest is not on it because I couldn't figure out how to put it on!

The Apex tripod arrived in a severely damaged box and upon further inspection, the armrest was missing. I’ve contacted the manufacturer on two different occasions and have yet to resolve the issue despite giving them time. I recommend that you pass on this purchase.

Overall good construction but the legs are not adjustable so the stand is worthless for uneven terrain. Disappointed that this stand was advertised with adjustable legs. Assembled the entire stand and got to the legs and realized they didn’t adjust.

ordered this last fall. Just opened the box to find no hardware was included. Really of no use to me this way!

I have 3 of these. All the boxes arrived in rough shape, but it had all parts. Works well if you brush in the bottom part. I'm 6'0 and 210 lbs and have no issues assembling these tripods or moving them assuming you're not trying to move the tripod through thick cover. Not a big fan of the seat so I use a stool instead. Great value for the money.

Not what's pictured, tripod legs do not go through the platform to the bottom of seat, the seat mounts to a flimsy square 3" column made of sheet metal that rocks 2" from side to side, very creepy 13ft in the air. The ladder is actually under the platform rather than on the side making it hard getting in or out of the stand. Nothing to hold onto but the chair (that spins) when standing on the platform. Turning around on the platform to climb down is down right terrifying. The shooting rest is connected to the seat by small nuts and bolts, put any weight on it at all and its going to rip off . Its not some thing you can hold onto when entering the seat. If you buy this and have problems like we did your pretty much screwed, its sold by Sportsman Supply Inc and your Prime membership wont help you. This was purchased as a gift and sent directly to the recipient. They didn't know how unsafe this thing was until it was dragged up the mountain and put together. Time and money wasted and not much help from Amazon.
