Great pouch for the money! Decent materials and build quality. It won't be winning any awards, but it's $20. You could buy a HSG, BFG, LBT, NAR, Ferro, etc. and spend over $100, but you're not getting over five times better quality!I don't have a professional need for this, so it's good enough for my range belt. I'm also old enough that I don't feel the need to be Tacticool so it suits me fine. It has also held up well.Overall this will be good enough for the majority of people out there. If I ever decide to drop some major coin on another one this will be relegated to my truck carry.

This is a really well-made and designed accessory pouch to hang on your bat belt, backpack, or other MOLLE rig. The MOLLE attachment piece removes with velcro, so you can either tear it off of your gear belt for quick access or stick it inside your backpack on a hook/loop accessory panel. It's big enough to fit the essentials: Tourniquet, chest seal, Israeli bandage, wound packing gauze, decompression needle, gloves, NPAs and still have room for a pen, bandaids, and a small flashlight or light stick. There are hundreds of similar pouches out there, but you won't find many that are as well executed as this one. Look no further - just get it!

Just like the subject states… it’s really whimpy with the material. It’s pretty much paper thin all around. I’m not getting into too much detail because there’s not enough to even explain lol. yea the price explains this but for $10 more i could have…SHOULD HAVE bought the tactical types with a lot more features and greatly improved material and setup. i wouldn’t trust this thing on me let alone in my car for emergency. You have the money, invest in a better quality med pack.

I recently upgraded our get home bags that we keep in our vehicles from small shoulder slings to larger shoulder bags capable of carrying more items. I didn't want my first aid kit on the inside of the bag where I would have to dig for it. The last thing you need to do when you are injured is root around in a bag trying to find the bandages or whatever. This has molle attachments, which allowed me to attach it to the outside of my bag. This is great for the reason I just cited, but it also makes it more practical as a first aid kit in the car. I've used this several times now for cuts the kiddos have gotten on hikes and whatnot. Don't expect a ton of features though. This has a couple of compartments and some stretchy bands for strapping in your stuff. But that is really all you need. Anything more is just pointless.

It's always hit or miss on these no-brand nylon pouches, especially if they are inexpensive - sometimes they are great but most of the time they are average at best. This Lonloke IFAK is one of those "sometimes" when the price doesn't 't match up with the product; I've seen more expensive IFAKs that are way worse quality.I picked up this IFAK to be a part of my truck kit so I don't expect to use it very often, hopefully, not at all so I wanted something affordable but not cheap. Lonloke pouch fits the bill perfectly. It holds what I need it to hold and is straightforward without a bunch of complicated straps and gizmos that will ultimately get in the way during an actual emergency event.Fit and Finish:Fit and finish are both fine. No, it's not double stiched everywhere but it does seem as if they did pay some attention to detail. The MC matches my other off-brand MC gear so at least these companies are trying to stay consistent. For the limited use this pouch will see, I think it's fit and finish are more than adequate.Overall, for the price, this is a win. If my opinions change over time, I'll be sure to come back and update my review.

I've gotten a good amount of IFAKs off of Amazon because I am cheap and tactical gear is absurdly expensive. This IFAK is hands down the best designed one that I have. It is made of good nylon, has good stitching and has a good pattern. It's easy to access since it only has one buckle and it can be ripped off. I appreciate that it has a band at the bottom to keep a tourniquet. I am definitely going to stick this onto my belt. At this price, you cannot beat it. Highly recommend.
