Works for my exterior carrier. Had to add a small metal paper clip to the rear attachment to "lock it in" due to it coming loose, but after that it seems to be holding well. Tight fit when you put the tourniquet into it in a deployment ready fold (the windlass doesn't want to fit very well), so I'm sure it will be difficult to remove, but an adrenaline dump will assist with that!!!Overall a good product.

I mean sure it’s not a eleven10 holster or quality but it holds my tourniquet well and fits on my belt. It’s not super easy to get off my belt but I like that it’s not super tight like other kydex type holders I’ve used before it retains my tourniquet but doesn’t interfere or slow my draw

The quality of the product is nice. But the nuts for the screws, do not come off the inside of the holster. You can take the PAL strap off. But you cannot rotate it and attach it without YOUR OWN nuts or bolt. They do NOT include any spare parts. It still works on my belt but I wish it was horizontal not vertical.

***UPDATE***Waste of money. 1st shift it Broke getting out my patrol vehicle when my seatbelt caught it. Strap ripped in half. The kydex it’s self is sturdy but narrow. Put it on a different mount but holes would not keep a screw threaded.You get what you pay for. Bought this to see if I would like the kydex or wanted to continue with the fabric holster without having to spend the 40 on a real quality kydex holster. It’s Very snug. Really have to give the tourniquet a hard pull to get it out. The holes on the back aren’t spaced evenly or properly so I couldn’t attach it to my safariland like I planned. The rubber molle strap on the back is very flimsy seems it will break soon. It looks good once it was on the vest but with how hard you have to pull to get the tourniquet out I feel in a high stress situation when it’s needed the holster strap will break before you’re able to deploy your tourniquet. Spend the money on a real name brand holster.

Overall product seemed okay but not for my usage.-1 Star : When removing the molle clip to adjust its placement or to attach it to something else, the receiving piece (similar to a nut? not sure what it's called) would not come out of the inside of the holder. So even though there are multiple attachment points and ways to rotate the holder, there isn't a way to actually remove the threaded piece from the inside. I attempted to remove this with pliers after removing the allen bolt with no luck. It seems like they attached the actual threaded piece to the holder instead of having a removable piece.-1 Star : Short bolts to attach molle clip, and you need an allen wrench to remove them. Again, this is fine if you're simply using this as a molle attachment, but after digging out the right size allen wrench, I couldn't even use this to attach to my leg shroud on my drop holster. I'll be returning it for this reason.3 Stars : Standard plastic, looks to be of decent quality. Rubberized molle clip is neat, seems like it would stop a little movement than plain plastic, as long as it held up. I was unable to use it for my purposes, but for standard attaching with a molle panel, it should be fine. I opted for another brand with easier connections.
