Being a Corrections Officer you need to be able to rely on your equipment in any situation. I highly recommend this for any Corrections Officer looking for a reliable way to secure your handcuffs and be able to easily access them when the situation arises!

I ordered this after reading and doing a little research. I have seen other officers with this style (not sure of the brand) of carrier. None had any complaints and pretty much only decent comments. One said that they didn't like it but it was a department issue so they would deal with it.I was in the market for a new cuff carrier and pulled the trigger on this one. Speedy delivery of the item was a plus. I played around with it and was pretty impressed with the ease of operations, which is key in a pinch. I put it on my duty belt in the left rear position around the left back pocket. So, off to work, I go. As I was getting in the car, it caught on the doorframe. I didn't think much of it, until about 2 hours into the shift. I felt something hitting my backside. I reached around and one of the cuff rings had come off the mount. As I put it back on I felt around and apparently after catching on the door the upper PLASTIC retention tooth had broken off.No problem, probably just a bad or faulty part. I returned the item for a replacement, which was handled, processed, and received in a very timely manner. Absolutely zero complaints about that part.Back on the belt, it goes. And wouldn't you know the SAME dang thing happens! I hadn't even made it to shift yet and broke the upper retention tooth again. Very doubtful it is faulty parts. I have settled with the broken part, for now.Advice! After breaking the second one I observed the placement of other officers who had a similar carrier. They all had it either on the vest front or the belt side or front. I guess I am the only fool who likes my carrier on the left rear. Oh Well, to each their own. Hope this helps and saves someone some time and frustrtation.

Fit perfect on my duty belt. Itโs a little bulky but it fits handcuffs perfectly. Cuffs stay secure when moving around and are super convenient and easy to use. I mightโve gotten it wet while working but the small screws are starting to rust.

Works great but a little bulky and can be hard to put under a jacket.

Works pretty good. Kinda cumbersome being pretty bulky once you have it on. Could see this being more for a jail house setting and not so much for patrol work. It does work pretty easy as far as retrieving and replacing the cuffs. However it is all plastic so I'm undecided on the durability so far.

Itโs a great concept but, after putting it on my duty belt, itโs stuck out like a hernia, and I could not figure out a good place for it to be without it getting in the way sitting down was also difficult while I had this holster on my duty belt

I enjoy this product because it's simple for me to add onto my duty belt and I don't have to remove a bunch of stuff just to change around my setup. And I don't have to worry about the backing of it wearing out from constantly running after people or the friction wearing down the material since it's plastic overall it's a very good product
