The product works well but the fit in a USB A slot is a bit loose. I would worry about long term damage to the port or device after repeated usage.

Sampas' review is 100% accurate. This device is useless as a PIV Token. I was unable to change the Management Key. Ok, that's weird, but if the default key works, then I can get by. I went to create Certificates in the Authentication and Signature slots: Error generating certificate on token. But then it displays a Subject: Admin; Issuer: Admin Certificate in that slot with a 1 year Expiration. I try to delete this Certificate: Error deleting certificate on Token.I have the non-plus version of this device as a FIDO2 key and it works perfectly. I imagine this device would work perfectly as a FIDO2 Key as well. However, I paid extra for the PIV Token/Certificate capabilities and that is just non-functioning. Why even sell a device for more when the features that are advertised are not functioning? Save your money and get a YubiKey or Nitrokey if you need PIV functionality. If you just need a FIDO2 Security Key, I can Recommend the Cheaper Identiv NFC FIDO2 Token. But this version costs more with no added functionality currently and is not recommended in the least.

Works with Windows 10/11 as well as IOS 16 devices with NFC very well.Registered fine for Windows Hello and for my Microsoft account. Also worked well with ICloud as a security keyDOES NOT work on non-NFC IOS devices (like my 9th gen iPad) even with a lightning-to-USB adapter. The issue is surely the key because I used the same adapter with a Feitian K9 key and it worked on Google and on ProtonMail (but this key did not work on either site)Also the OTP function is a joke. Let's assume the secret key for a TOTP code is "zebra".1)You can't scan a QR code to enter the secret key (not great but I can live with it)2) The key has to be entered in HEXIDECIMAL! so you can't type "zebra" , you have to type the hex values that represent the ASCII characters : 7A 65 62 72 61. That's the dumbest thing I've seen in a while.3) Once you enter the key there is NO WAY to actually get the numerical code off the thing, so what even was the point?4)This is all on the Windows software. There is no App for IOS or Android so forget about that.Just to be clear, on NFC devices (like my iPhone), I can sign into Google and Protonmail just fine. It works everywhereOn Windows computes/laptops it works just fine on all sites. It works everywhere.Don't have NFC? Don't even try it.If you need a key for your phone and computer and your phone has NFC then it's fine. The TOTP does not work so that's just a lie on their part and you cannot use this for that.TLDR: Get a Yubikey for a primary. Buy these for backups. For $5 more the blue Yubikey is a better choice , since they really have the same features (extra features on this don't actually work).

The keys work very well with both my iPhone and PC. They were easy to configure and I bought two of them as recommended. They work well with both my Apple and AWS accounts.

As title stated, this Security key is good for general use to protect your Gmail or Microsoft Account et..., be warned if you want to use this Security Key for Windows 11 Login Authentication then make sure local security authority protection is off (Windows Security - Device Security - Core isolation details), otherwise if it is on then Windows 11 will bypass the Identiv uTrust FIDO2 security and login normally.Regarding Windows 11 local security authority protection, I recommend to keep it on since it offers more protection than FIDO2 security protocol since it's using TPM 2.0 or Intel PTT (Firmware TPM).
