I bought this specific cooler for my cousin's HP Omen 25L desktop, since its case only fits up to a 92mm air tower and this one was pretty well priced. Installing and mounting the cooler was easy enough, and I was able to re-use that system's existing backplate. It reduced the load temperatures of the i5-10400 by about 10 degrees Celsius - stabilizing at 65 degrees Celsius. Pretty good for a case that's already lacking in airflow. The fan clips were a little confusing to install compared to the Thermalright, Scythe, DeepCool, and Vetroo coolers I have worked with in the past, and the manual makes no mention of where to put the clips. Just be careful when working with the clips, as there doesn't seem to be a proper handle to safely add or remove the fan to/from the fin stack.ID-COOLING's quality control is not the best upon first impression. Several of the fins came slightly bent on my unit, there was either some paint scratched off or white substance on one side of the cooler, and the print quality for the socket titles was pretty poor. I would say try to invest the extra $5 into a Thermalright AK90, I just worked with an X 120 from them and it definitely felt like a higher quality product.

I bought this for a small case build I was doing - using this case https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CQXFSWQDI originally used this cooler, but I found that it wasn't pushing the air out of the case very well and I was getting CPU temps in the 80's https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CY274JWVAfter installing this, I ran some heavy loads and the highest temp I saw was 74.4C, and most of the time it stayed under 70.My only complaint is that the instructions didn't tell you how to install the fan clips. The clips themselves have to be bent to get around the heat sink, and it seems that you may have a limited number of removal/reinstallations due to this.

Had to install without the standoffs and just carefully tighten the screws, it keeps the transistor cool and it runs really quiet very good upgrade to the factory cooler, just aligned the slot on the fan plug and had to trim the bracket a little bit with a Dremel to clear the plug simple and effective upgrade

This was my first time installing this kind of Cooler. It is a little more annoying than the kind that doesnt need you remove your motherboard to install the back plate but its worth it, and probably less annoying when building a new PC. But Anyways just pay attention to the instructions included, and make sure you install the brackets with the screws in the centers upwards, as this is what the radiator will attach to. And dont over tighten it. Just until it stops wiggling. My CPU was running IDLE at 60 degrees Celsius, and now runs much cooler at 40 Degrees Celsius. Even under it load doesnt get much hotter. I did make upgrades to my system, as it was a gift. I guess the new ram sticks, as they are technically mis-match, made my CPU run a little hotter despite a 12GB upgrade. The cool thing is that I can bring this to my next build if I want, but I most likely will just order another one since its pretty affordable. I definitely recommend this, I cant attest to overclocking or anything like that. But it fits what seems like every socket type, although I saw no mention of AM5 socket but if you know if AM4 and AM5 are similar in terms of screw placements, then this may not be bad, but if youre running DDR5 then you probably can afford a better cooler even water cooling anyways. This is my very first PC experience and honestly everything is idiot proof lol. My grandma probably could install this.

It was a little smaller than I expected, but it works quite well.I put it on a Ryzen 5 5600 and it keeps it at 32c at idle and 75c at %100 loadDefinitely is a lot better than the stock cooler did at 43c idle and 87c at %100 load.Had to take 1 star off for not listing the fan size anywhere and for saying it has a 130w tdp.If you put a 130w cpu under this thing it would melt itself its definitely not a dark rock cooler hahaha

I have used several ID-Cooling cpu coolers in the past few years and they had always done a great job. They are typically affordable and keep cpus cool. I paired it with the i3 12100F but it should easy cool an i5 12400 or i7 12700. It was very easy to install, preferably outside of the case, since it is easier. It was very quiet and it is not very tall so it fits in most Matx cases and would fit in some mini itx case. Always check your cases supported cpu height before ordering.

Micro-ATXケースで高さ制限があるので、全高120mm前後のクーラーを探していました。Ryzen 5 5600Gに使用しましたが、すっぽん防止ブラケットが付けられるコンパクトなクーラーは、現状これい一択かもしれません。取付け自体は、それほど難しくはありませんが、ヒートシンクをマザーボードに取付け、最後にファンをスプリングで取り付けるのが、結構難儀でした。ゲームもやらず、マザーボードがA520でオーバークロックをしませんので、冷却に関しては全く問題ありません。

Cooler is small which is perfect for my mini-ITX build. Keeps temps of my 7600x CPU at 75C at max load, 44C at idle. 1 star off for the fins bending a bit to attach the fan but nevertheless does not affect performance.

The brackets don't work to attach the fan to the cooler they bend the fins when I finally manage to get them to hold. Brackets are too short
