The package was labeled for an ACC-RT104 -However the contents was an ACC-RT103 which is incompatible with my thermostat according to the OEM manufacturer, ICM. One is apparently 10 ohm and the other a 100 ohm. Of course found out after 30 days so unable to return. Hopefully our reorder will contain the correct contents.
