The package was damaged and the lid was bent, so I could not screw the lid on in order to shake. The ice melt out of the container.

This comes in an easy to dispense plastic bottle. It isn’t heavy but easy to use. You get a lot of product for your money. Best of all, it works well. I spread it down on my driveway right before the sun came out. The combination of the sun and the salt did the trick.
