This helps your child’s fine motor skills and gets them started on their counting. Worth the purchase

The magnet pen isn't attached to the board, so be careful not to let it get lost. My daughter loves playing with it (and making me play with it). It feels pretty sturdy.

I try to buy wooden toys for my nieces as often as possible, and try to avoid plastic. I absolutely love this puzzle. It is sturdy and teaches them colors and problem solving. It’s the perfect size for a toddler. Many magnet puzzles are absolutely giant and kids get overwhelmed by both the size AND the amount of content on the puzzle. Manufacturers try to stuff as much visual content in as possible so parents won’t buy other toys, but kids get too overwhelmed by all the different areas to focus on. This puzzle is just one theme, and isn’t overwhelming!

The Magnetic Color and Number Maze is an outstanding educational toy for toddlers! This wooden puzzle board is perfect for teaching color matching and number counting while helping to develop fine motor skills. The magnetic pieces are easy for little hands to manipulate, and the vibrant colors make it fun and engaging for kids. It’s a fantastic way to encourage early learning in a hands-on, interactive way. This toy is not only durable and well-made but also provides hours of educational entertainment. Highly recommend for boys and girls 3+ years old!"

These magnet sorting games are one of my preschoolers favorite things to do when he sees them in waiting rooms and at the library. They mostly use the Lakeshore brand of sorting mazes- this, while similar in design, feels flimsier, and just from opening it has a ton of dust on the inside that makes it look dirty/harder to see. My preschooler has a bit of OCD so he was HATING that. The magnet is strong enough to move the balls, but is short so doesn’t mimic a pen for children to learn their pencil grip.Overall, this is a 3.5 - it’s not the best out there, but it’s not bad. For the price, it might be worth it.
