This has lots to do - but is small enough for my 1 year old grand daughter to carry around, which she does all of the time. I thought I would want a larger one, but this seems perfect.

I purchased this for my 1 year old great grandson. The product information said that the manufacturer recommended age is 12 months and up. However, the box it came in recommends it for age 3+. This is misleading.

This bead maze is definitely one of the best on the market, for the price. My daughter is 18m and she is ROUGH with this toy but it withstands all of her crazy! She has a lot of fun with it. It's a fun way to teach colors and work on cause and effect.

I like that this is small, because it takes up less space in a crowded apartment. The quality is very impressive. One drawback, which I expected, based on other reviews, is that some of the fruit beads are large and need to be turned a certain way to fit between the wires. It's not a big problem, but it can get a bit frustrating. Considering its size, it is best to put the bead maze on a table, or some other pedestal, so the child can see the whole profile of the toy.

I got this during the lightning deal and it was definitely worth it. Think of it more as a tabletop bead maze than a stand-alone one, because it is quite small. No damage and delivered on time. I would recommend as a gift for any 1-2 year old.
