Seems to be nicely made. Screws on easily and is water tight. Both handles are big enough to get a decent grip on and are pretty easy to turn. Good for storing rain water for a garden for those dry spells.

This threads on the tank well, but the spigot threads in and doesn't bottom out and so it leaks no matter how much teflon tape you use.
