Product Description

Partial Submersible
This pump do not require fully submerged. You can use it to pump water as long as water level surpass 1 inch height of the pump.
Magnet Driven Impeller
Magnet drive impeller and sealed housing greatly reduces the level of noise, as quiet as whisper.
Bottom Intake Design
It can whisk away water to 1/4 inch from the water level and allows to pass 1/5 inch debris/fish waste.
4 Suction Cups
4 suction cups keep the pump stay in place. Clean the surface of where suction cups sticks, otherwise too slippery to keep it attached.

This water pump is terrific for water changes. It takes less than five minutes to pump out 5 gallons. In addition, it pumps water back into the aquarium just as quickly! You need to get your hose, which the product description mentions.

Makes water changes easy.. The water flow isn’t too strong so you won’t mess up substrate or anything in the tank. 10/10 recommend. Will be buying a bigger one for my larger tank probably.

I’ve got this in the ATO of my reef tank. I’ve used pumps with stainless steel screws before but I will be monitoring them every refill just to make sure there is no rust. So far it’s been a few weeks and no signs.

The pump capacity of that pump is definitely more 100GPH than those 215GPHI liked the idea of bottom suction but this pump just doesn't deliver any real suction got worse. They contacted me saying they will send a replacement. The replacement was received and is working well l. Apart from a missing water intake screen the pump is great.Fast response on flagged problem, but missing screen prevents me from giving 5 stars

bought two at 32$ each; one not working on arrival; tried to get a replacement...was advised price had gone up to 52$ and i would have to pony up to the so called new price, a significant increase; so returned it to amazon and instead of moving to their next level unit=costlier but much more wattage thirsty, moved on to another brand a m40 unit at 20$ with a 28 watts thirst instead of 18watt for the one returned; also a bit bigger but within a big aquarium, no bid deal; personally, shall never again touch that (hygger 215) seller which tried to push me into another situation to their advantage so they thought.

It pumped about 2.5 gallons (one bucket) of water with no problems then the water flow slowed down to a trickle. It is clean without any debris blocking it. It was pumping clean water. Now when it is plugged in only a dribble of water comes out.Update: I have increased my review to 3 stars because the seller was very prompt in sending me a replacement. Their customer service is great! However, the new pump, while it does work, is still very weak. It will only pump from the same level as where the water needs to go. I wanted this to minimize lifting during fish tank water changes, but since the bucket must be lifted as high as the tank for the pump to work instead of leaving the bucket on the floor, it doesn't do what I expected it to do. My tanks are all at normal table height around 27 inches off the floor. So this pump is unable to pump 3-feet. The pump also stops while there is still 3-4 inches of water in the bucket, not the 1/4 inch claimed.If the bucket is lifted to the same height as the aquarium then it does pump well enough. Nowhere near the claimed pressure, but enough. It would probably be OK for a little water circulation inside a tank.

Product worked the first three times. When it did worked it made water changes a breeze but now it’s just a paper weight.This is a product I keep forgetting to throw away and that it does not work.EDIT: I now have a working one that has survived more than 3 water changes +30 gallons altogether. Again a game changer and makes everything easier for the aquascaping needs.
