Note
1. Because our pump is submersible, and it needs to be completely put into water before power on to avoid the aquarium pump from being burned out. No-load operation is prohibited. Running in the air for a long time will shorten the pump’s life and makes noise. Please disconnect the power when changing water.
2. If the product suddenly stops working or makes noise, it may caused by debris clogging. Please clean it regularly，about once two weeks or add some olive oil to the rotor.
3. Insufficient power and frequency will affect the flow of the pump. If the pump water pipe is connected, the maximum flow of the pump will be slightly less than 400GPH.

Our pump finally died on one of our outdoor water fountains and replaced with this one. It pumps water nice & strong and it keeps the water flowing in our fountain.

Thank goodness I bought more than one. The backup is now installed in a decorative fountain. Vertical height of pump output requirement is about 20 inches and flow is pretty low. Yes, it works. For now.

Works great for a 20 gallon fountain we have outside by the pool. Having an adjustable flow rate is helpful so it doesn't move too much water, causing it to spill out of the fountain. This pump is carrying water vertically about 24-30" and does just fine having enough power to move the little amount of volume needed for the fountain.

The pump is under warranty but stopped working at 6 months. I reached out to the seller through Amazon and the seller replied that I would be sent a new one. How, when, where??? No details and now I have no clue how to ask seller for more information. The communication is almost impossible thru Amazon for warranty coverage. Next time I will buy local!

It’s loud, like really loud, but it does it’s job, I use it to pump an Aquaponic tower(about 6ft) and it does a great job, my fish and snails don’t mind it and my plants are happy being watered!EditI’m not sure if it’s because I moved it but now it is very quiet and works wonderfully

We have a small pond and needed a small pump to take water from pond up to a 18" high waterfall. Does the job and easy to hide because it is so small. Good sturdy electrical cord and nice and long.
