No complaints, does the job, great for the price and is just as comfortable as more expensive versions.

A little wide, but I’m pretty thin. I can make use of it alright but my arms are a little further out to the side than naturally

This product is easy to use! It’s a little hard to get use to but works amazing! The adjustability is good, the size is good, and the appearance looks cool too! It’s helping my biceps grow!

I have a home gym and wanted something to help with my form when curling. I was debating purchasing an arm blaster or a preacher pad, but I decided to try the arm blaster to start as it's small, stores easily, and doesn't take up much space when not in use. The Hawk product is sturdy and the design makes it easy to adjust with a single clip. I did not experience any discomfort while performing curls even with heavier weights. I saw a lot of reviews referencing discomfort, but I'm curious if those users had an improper fit. I immediately noticed a difference when I was performing my curls, and my arms were sore after use, so I think the device did a great job of preventing compensation and isolating the biceps. I would recommend the Hawk arm blaster to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive device to help with their curling form/performance as it offers great value for a low cost (effective, doesn't take up much space, durable, comfortable, etc.).

Perfect for targeting the arm muscle groups and great aid to avoid using the wrong muscles when lifting, perfect to keep good form too

Going back and forth between a couple arm blasters and settled on this one (got a little worried because of some one star reviews) I’m not having any issues at all that I saw there. If you keep your abs tight through the curl (like you should for every exercise) you won’t have any back strain. Take your time to adjust for your hight and give it a go. Just a heads up, it will push into your lower chest which will not allow you to inhale at 100%. But that’s an arm blaster thing, not unique to this one.

This product is a good value for the money and would get top marks if not for it being a little short lengthwise for my chest size. The bar itself is a few inches too short for my frame, and because of it, my biceps don’t sit parallel with my torso, so my biceps are slightly out in front of me as I curl. If you are barrel-chested or just larger than average, be aware you may want a bar with a few more inches in overall length than this one so you can get your biceps in a vertical orientation.
