It definitely helps with tendonitis and injury prevention. It's pretty breathable and you can adjust to fit tons of sizes.I actually use it over my clothing (e.g. sweater) and works just as great and can easily remove it or put it back on with ease.Velcro strap durable and works great.

I have a repetitive motion stress sore muscle when using my cell phone...holding it tight, this brace holds the muscle & gives the necessary support. When my arm reacted to Kinesiology Tape used in P.T. This was a great feasible alternative

not sure how to work this thing. i’ve used tit to ply volleyball for my bicep tendinitis, doesn’t seem to work for me. makes it worse at times. idk, maybe i’m not using it correctly.

Exactly what I was lookig for. My right bicep has been giving me trouble. I thought that if I could just stabilize it, that it would help it heal. So far , so good. It is working. Very easy to put on. I have been wearing if for days on end. I even wear it at night. It is not bothersome at all. Very nice product.

This Band definitely does a Good Job of compression and support. However, if you have thin arms it can easily slide down if not put on as tightly as possible. Almost impossible to put on alone.

This is easy to put on and you can forget you have it on. Be sure to get the right size.

Band is well made and helps with bicep issues, it is a little difficult to adjust the right tightness but works well

I have bicep tendonitis and possible rotator cuff injury while playing pickleball! I found that using this compression sleeve it allowed me to continue to play without further injury to my arm. The band seems to support the arm and not further injure the tendons! I am not experiencing the pain during the night as I was when I played without the band!

From the minute I put on this compression sleeve, the non-stop pain in my upper arm stopped.Since the directions say to hand wash & air dry, I got a second one so I don't have to wait for it to dry.The first time putting it on was a little challenging because of only having one hand to make the adjustments. But once I got it where I wanted, I now slide it on and off and use the strap to make the tightness adjustment.Note that when first taking it out of the packaging, the first one smelled awful. Either I got used to it, or the smell faded, because I don't notice it anymore. However, the sleeve is so helpful for me that I would have tolerated the odor. Interestingly, the second one did not have the same smell.Although I have discomfort that wakes me up, I found that sometimes the sleeve seems to get too tight overnight. So, sometimes I do not wear it while sleeping.So far, the sleeve is most helpful for me when doing heavy lifting. But any time I start having discomfort in my upper arm, the sleeve relieves it. I have no idea if this compression sleeve works the same for everyone but for me it was a miracle.
