Jayefo Arm Blaster came yesterday. Seems well made and I like the pads on the area where my arm sits. I am a 138 pound female and the adjustable strap is comfortable around my neck. However, I only gave 4 stars because it may actually be a little big for me across the chest. No fault of the company - but not sure it is designed for a smaller chest and arms individual. I used it today for numerous arm/bicep curls using weights and using my cable machine. It held my arms in position and was sturdy. I plan on continuing using it and I think it will be beneficial to building bigger biceps.

It looks well made but it is to small for me I am 6 foot 3 with a 52 inch chest and it is worthless to me

Great for bicep pump and limiting movement of the elbow. Try one at the gym first and notice a drastic impact and improve on my form. Now use it indoors for when I train arms with dumbbells or barbells. Try one and your love it

When used with heavy weight, it presses the rib cage and subsequently the spine, attached to the ribs. It’s caused misalignment in my back. Had to stop using.

I am a lifter who trains 6-7 days a week and I always wanted one of these but just used preacher curl stands instead. Finally caved in and bought one of these. Best $25 I have spent. Didn’t get to use at a gym yet, literally just put it on and grabbed some dumbbells and got the craziest pump I have ever gotten on biceps. If you are a bodybuilder, average lifter, or are even just getting into it. I CANNOT NOT STRESS HOW MUCH YOU NEED THIS. Nobody gave me money to write this review, it’s simply that crazy good of a product. Don’t cave in and buy the raw gear version of a arm blaster. This is much better of a deal.

I dont really use it much I dont think they are a great idea, feels cramped I think you would need 1 to fit wellim 5' 10'' 80kg and it doesnt fit me well

I love the Jayefo arm blaster. It’s not the most comfortable but it does it’s job. Used it for about 3 weeks correctly and I have noticed amazing gains on my biceps. It definitely helps with the isolation of my bicep muscles. Great product for a great price!
