This piece of equipment is well made. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing that we were unsure of was that there were 2 stretch bands included with the equipment and there were no instructions on their use, however, I contacted support and they were quick with a reply.This is the piece of equipment I was missing from my home gym and it is exactly what I wanted. Is definitely worth the money and I highly recommend purchasing from this vender.

I love this machine. Helped me to develop lower chest and trap's and shoulders as well! I us my dip machine at least twice a week!

This was easy to assemble, all pieces accounted for. There are some dings and scratches but thats probably due to shipping

My first time purchasing a seated pec/triceps press machine. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble mainly due to this is the 5th workout machine I've purchased off of Amazon this year. I really feel the machine focusing on the outer and lower pecs. I'm not sure about the bicep curl the movement felt awkward even with a bicep curl bar attached. They should have considered designing the machine with a seat belt for pressing heavy weight, which I will probably add at some point. Overall great machine for chest and triceps workouts.

Assembled in no time flat and is actually smoother than I expected it to be. Some mods...added a golf cart seatbelt by using seat back bolt with a larger washer, fat grips for comfort, and reversed the curl foot plate to decrease the footprint.

I bought this machine to do triceps dips and it functions well in this regard. The inside handles are what I use and do pose a little challenge due to the length of my legs as I am 6'5". Sitting on the front edge of the seat helps to alleviate this. It operates smoothly and the installation instructions were clear with all parts included. A handle for curls was also included, but this machine is next to worthless for curls. If you are looking for a good triceps machine, I feel this is worthwhile.

I am very pleased with this purchase. Excellent solid, sturdy, and effective piece of home gym equipment. Arrived very nicely packaged and in perfect condition. Easy assembly. The different grips are fantastic, you can really feel the targeted muscles working. For this price there is nothing to complain about, very happy.

This piece of equipment is very sturdy.. it's well designed.. easy to build.. nice seating position and worth every penny to me.. it hits the triceps really well and is helping with lower chest development.. only con is the curling function in the back wich I never intended to use in the first place.. in this piece of equipment defense it's not functional on any of the more expensive brands either..
