I am using this outdoors and it's been working for months - possibly years with the free end exposed to the elements. It was one of the few outdoor extension cords that had a flat plug which helps with the in-use cover on an outdoor outlet. Auite happy with this.

The cord looks very durable, strong and practical. The packaging was great. It was clean and feel high quality. The temperature rating is 105 degrees. It seems great for for household appliances like heater or hair dryer or something. The cord was higher quality than expected and very practical and performs well. I totally recommend it!
