Well it’s a 100ft cold weather rated extension cord. That being said it stays rigid in cold weather, I’d prefer it being more flexible like my others. I’d say this is good down to -20c at most, after that it’s the wrong gauge of cord and the rubber sheathing is likely not durable enough to not crack in colder temps.3/4 out of 5 stars for me. Probably says on the product specs the temp rating it’s good for. I don’t recall seeing it when I bought it

I got the 14 AWG, 100 ft. version. I am pleased with it. It seems well made. The receptacle end glows green when it is powered up.

This is a decent price and works perfectly. I needed a very heavy duty cord with 3 taps, so I could run a 500watt stock tank heater, a small pump, and heat tape lines to keep my automatic rabbit watering system working in very cold temps. This cord handles that draw with no issues. Previous cord burnt out, couldn't handle the draw. Very happy with this purchase.

This 10 gauge extension runs from my 6500 watt generator to the house to provide power in times of power outatges.Came without damage and just waiting for an opportunity to test it out.Material came out of the package well and extended without kinks easily for the full 100 feet.

Took me 10mins to unravel it. Came wrapped up in such a manner that it was looped around itself. Maybe it was me but I spent a good 10 mins getting it out straight to 100ft. Beast of a cord. Blue a decent colour...bright enough to see but not bright enough that the neighbors will talk. I think. Got a major discount and far less in cdn than usd plus free ship. No local stores sell anything this good and heavy. I'd have to order something as good in and pay 4x what I did for this. 124cdn is a steal if you need a cord this heavy duty. Just got it so no idea how it will stand up to use but this is so thick it would last a lifetime or 2 underground. Seeing is believing so you need it get it. You won't find a better deal or cable for this money but it's no good for people who have back etc issues.

I bought this extension cord and ran it up along the house eves and down to the doghouse AC. It runs it for over 12 hours with no issues. I can leave the dog outside with no concern of her health on the 100+ degree days. The cord definitely met my needs and expectations.

This solved my voltage dropout issues when connecting my motorhome to a 15 amp power outlet at my friend's cottage. Lower gauge extension cords won't work. There are voltage calculators online that helped me diagnose the issue and ensure I had sufficient gauge for the distance.

This is one heavy duty extension cord - and heavy in weight too. I purchased it to use alongside a relatively small and light in weight electric powered snowblower, and I chose this particular extension cord as it was of the type and gauge recommended for the snowblower. If I remember correctly, the Amazon shipping label had the weight listed for this 100 foot extension cord at over 15 pounds, so it is heavy to tote around, or to drag along on the ground or through the snow. That being said, it is a cord that is to remain fully flexible in the extreme cold or heat, which is what I was mostly looking for in the cord. It has the three prong grounded plug, and it also has a small light that lights up at the connection when power is going through the plug, so you know when it is powered or not, which are all safety features that are good to have. While I would be happy to never have to use this electric cord for a snowblower, nor a snowblower myself either in the future, that is probably not going to be the case, so I am glad to have both at my disposal. This truthfully looks to be a great quality made extension cord.
