I have own 3 HP all in one, they have never failed, Microsoft just stop updating the operation systems (XP, 8, 10) but the computers always perform at 100% even after 10 or more years, my HP is used daily for work and personal use.

I bought this computer almost primarily for the office suite!. I got the computer, and the first thing I noticed was that the Office suite was not installed. Then I read the obscure and confusing directions which contradict themselves. Instead of the office suite I paid for, there was only their 365 subscription service. I tried calling HP customer service, and they said they couldn't help me since it was a software issue, but they would try for free...To be sure I didn't do this wrong I even had a professional look at it and I still ended up with the 365 subscription on my computer.. I will not be buying anything from this company again.
