Computer was sold having Windows 11 Pro installed BUT the product key to activate Windows was for Windows 11 Home. I had to contact Microsoft to uninstall Pro and install Home to activate Windows. I thought I was getting Pro that would work. Compter is fast and easy to setup but don't feel I got what I paid for.

Terrible warranty and customer service. Less than 2 month old computer keeps having issues. Have had an expert IT guy look at it. He said it’s a hardware issue. Company refuses to replace the machine and when you call and speak with customer service you get a nice Indian lady that despite repeated attempts I can’t understand.
