I like the all in one concept instead of a tower pc. Hopefully it lasts as long as my old hp pc tower. It’s still going after 19 years. This installed easily but I had to get rid of many bundled packages as they were slowing the system down and giving me annoying messages. I uninstalled Msft 1 drive. Do login to the hp warranty and service pages. In there you will find the manuals for this pc, drivers, diagnostics and helpful info. The built in camera is passable but certainly low resolution. Keyboard and mouse are fine so far. All in all this pc functions well at a very reasonable price for its performance. Noise levelOf fans are extremely low. So far windows 11 on this hardware isn’t hitting any bottlenecks yet. I am happy with this choice in the first few days. I’ll update if anything changes.

Bought this computer for my new home office - absolutely love it - setting up was easy and it is so easy to use - mouse and keyboard are lightweight and not loud. There was a shipping problem that had nothing to do with this company - but their customer service was up to par and followed up consistently! Will be buying more from them!

Computer is very easy to setup. The price is reasonable and the has good specs. The only problem that I’ve encountered is that when the computer needs to update it gets stuck on the update screen.

Let me start by saying, previous to this purchase I was using a very small and old tablet for all of my computing so, my impressions are what they are based on that. This is a perfectly sized, slim, fast, perfectly set up computer. Set up was plug in and go and I haven't experienced any issues in getting everything logged in and functional. The processor is essentially silent. Fast to load both desktop and internet movement. I use it for podcasting and as a student.Pros:FastQuietStreamline designeasy set upvalue for money spenthandles middle of the line recording/editing equipment with no issues to CPU or processing speedsCons:Stock mouse is loud and cumbersomeUSB ports total fourNo "c" port (I'd imagine this is a newer complaint, but a lot of my equipment uses the "c" style male parts so I had to order adapters)

Solid PC, Monitor displays a very nice clear picture. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor handles tasks with ease with very little lag whatsoever. Although I would opt for the most memory it can handle. According to HP this particular main board can only handle 16 gigs. I read that some other HP all in one owners of this model was able to run it at 32 megs and 64 megs with no issues so I have 32 megs at the moment and the pc is super responsive and if there is an issue during the one year initial warranty period, HP will send you a thumb drive suited for your model pc with updates so your back an up running with the latest tech⁹- I believe you can upgrade the memory to 64 megs without any issues whatsoever.

So far this new all in one is performing perfectly. The keyboard is not up to my standards but will work until I can find a backlit keyboard with more old time tactile keys. I am not using the bundled mouse as I have a wireless mouse that I have loved for over 20 years and have several. The only problem is during setup the fan was LOUD I don't mean loud I mean I was in the process of returning for a quieter brand. But then it settled down and there is negligible fan sound. I do not use nor need a camera so cannot speak to that feature. The touchscreen is nice and responsive although I cannot imagine ever needing to get close enough to the screen to utilize this feature. You know the joke about your arms not long enough when you get in your 60's. So far I like Windows 11. It seems a little more intuitive than Windows 10. Amazon is good at offering pricier items with interest free payments. Decision making is easier with this option. Kudos Amazon for this feature.

Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. The computer performance is great for what I need and as it's at our Front Desk area, the style looks great in the white.Setup was a breeze and from opening the box to running, it was less than 30 min.The only things I'd say where there's room for improvement, are the following:1. The Camera. Love that it can be hidden so no chance of someone hacking it and "spying". However, being built in it like that there's no flexibility when it comes to angling it for better direction/focus on where I'm sitting, how low the chair is, etc. It's one direction only with the monitor slightly tilted back or forward (and there's not much ability to do either - that's where the camera is angled as well.2. USB location only in the back. It'd be nice to have one either in the front or side for the occasional need to plug in a thumb drive for a quick download/upload of a file to travel. The only location is in the back and makes it a little more cumbersome to use. These are minor issues and again, very happy with the purchase and the performance thus far.
