These bits are amazing troopers for the price! I have run them at 3x the feed rates some other reviews discuss in aluminum and they still leave a great finish. I also accidentally plunged one through 3/8” of aluminum before hitting the stop button. But was fine. Still sharp. Still left a great surface after that. Amazing.

I'm very impressed with this bit. 6061/ 5052 / 3005 Aluminum all cut with ease. Found 15000RPM/40 - 60 IPM feed/ 7 - 10 plunge / .014 to .025"DOC with 1 deg ramps worked best. First bit went to work immediately. Did not break a single bit tuning in the speed/feed.I had a code error and this bit accidentally plunged at @ 15k RPM/45 IPM/15 IPM for a .25 "DOC and it went 6" before I could hit hold on the CNC. And it cut the full 6" without breaking or chipping. Amazing accidental test of it's qualityPrior to these bits I bought $70 worth of bits, 3 orders, 15 bits, ... just to have half of them break trying to find the correct speeds. And the other half broke in service leaving edge burr and major flute wear in a very short time.Broke 15 bits to get 1/10 th of my project cut ... and 1 of these to tune speeds and cut the other 90% of the project. I can say one thing about this blades is just perfect i love this blades nice nice durable perfect finished u cut 3 sheets 48”x96” and not loose the sharp 👍🏻

I'm totally amazed by these bits, especially at this price point. Works way better than uncoated carbide single-flutes I've used before.I mainly use these bits for cut-off of aluminum parts from 1/4" plates.On 6061-T6 and not so rigid modified-3018 router I was using, I could achieve stable cut at:Roughing: 2.5mm DOC, full slotting, 300 mm/s (could potentially go even faster)Finishing with these bits gives an mirror-like finish (0.05mm step over)Little to no chattering. I am able to mill down to 0.4mm thin walls on a 1/4" 6061 plate with no issue.Previously with uncoated single-flutes I was only able to get to 1.5mm DOC slotting before chips start to melt on the milled walls, and if you don't clean them up the next pass it melts on the bit and kills it. On these bits I have tried slotting at 3mm DOC and only then it start to have a couple of chips stuck to the walls. That is 1x diameter FULL SLOTTING on a 1/8" end mill! Usual rule of thumb "do not slot deeper than one third diameter" seems over conservative for these bits.These bits are especially nice on routers that lack a bit of rigidity. I am at least 3x more productive than before now using these DLC coated bits.

They work very nicely on aluminum on a GENMITSU PROVerXL 4030. Highly recommended! No gumming, no lubricant needed. Calibrate your bit if precision needed as they do not cut a full 0.125in. Safe CNC setup: Feed 1016mm/min, 10000rpm, 0.5mm stepdown, 1.5mm stepover, 0.1mm finishing pass. You could probably push more but this setup worked for a full day without need for a bit change or breaking.

The sharpness of the cutting tip and the flute is outstanding. My first cut with this bit was in .5" aluminum. I used a fairly high feed rate and cut depth, the side wall of the slot was mirror like. Absolutely no lines from the cut steps. This is the best router bit I have ever purchased - at this price point I am nearly speechless. This is not a sponsored review
