Hougen 11005 RotaCut Arbor for 1/2-Inch Chucks features a pilot pin for use with 13/16-inch thru 1-1/2-inch diameter cutters. This arbor has a 1/2-20 mounting thread, and is triple flatted for a 1/2-inch chuck. Hougen maintains a complete stock of replacement parts for all sheet metal arbors. RotaCut cutters are precision-ground and produce clean, burr-free, round holes without deforming the surrounding material.

Works well, great price. What else is there?!? Additionally, regarding the cutters that this is designed to work with - I'll never grab a normal drill bit again, if I need a hole that this will work for in the size ranges it supports. It is THAT much easier to cut a hole than a regular drill bit.**This type cutter can't drill super deep, and it requires a center punched marker to keep the bit from walking - but assuming you are drilling through something like about 3/8" to 1/2" thick or less (depending on the diameter the depth of cut varies), and you can center punch it - this IS the tool for the job. Just get the right size hole cutter thing to go with it and you're done.
