If you are trying to get away from plastic, these pans are a great way to go. They each hold 1.8 quarts, stainless steel and have flat stainless lids so the pans can be stacked. They are actually for a commercial buffet server but they work equally well at home for party food prep. If you have a square or rectangle chafing dish, these will fit in very well. They are great for heated or refrigerated food. And you can cook or bake and serve in the same container and then put the lid on the leftovers. Recommended

These are on par with some of my older name brand pans. They had held up to daily restaurant use. They are easy to clean and the included lids fit perfectly.

Durable, high-quality metal. Everything is just as described. Will make a great addition to our kitchen grill setup. The lids fit the pans as expected. These truly are commerical grade.

These are very high quality pans and work exactly as described. I do not have a buffet business but instead use these for meal prep and storing items in the fridge. Works perfect!

This is a vine review meaning the product was provided to be reviewed.This product is a set of four 1/6-size warming trays made of stamped stainless steel, with stamped stainless steel lids. The product is packed in a plain cardboard box.I have always wanted smaller warming trays and these seem to fit the bill, although it is curious that the product is four trays of 1/6 size instead of six trays.These trays are deeper than my other trays that came with a full-size warming steamer. See attached detailed photographs showing this product compared to the 1/2-size warming tray that came with the steamer, and also see the detailed photograph of this product nested in the warming steamer. Note the clearance between the bottom of this product and the bottom of the steamer is only 1/2 inch, meaning this product may be sitting in water rather than steam.The width of this product is perfect for two of these to match the width of my full-size steamer. See attached detailed photo of two of this product in the steamer.To be clear, this product are basic 1/6 warming trays. The stainless steel is thick enough but not overly so. The edges of the stampings are not finished and may be a cutting hazard if not handled with appropriate care.In summary, this product will be useful and it is economical, though the depth of the product seems too deep for my steamer.

These are good quality steamer pans. The metal is thick, the lids fit well, and the dimensions are accurate. Very please with these!

I got these for ingredient prep/storage. They work great. The metal is all stainless and does not flex when pressed. It's moderately thick and certainly suitable for its purpose.The lids sit well. Bear in mind they don't have seals. I washed these in the dishwasher with no problems.
