Good pans. They are worth the money.They are thin. I bought them for storing leftovers like pasta , mashed potatoes- rice etc. They are good for tuna salad or cold items.

Got these expecting standard hotel pans, they are maybe 1/4 the thickness of a standard hotel pan, barely better than a foil pan. Returned and went to a restaurant supply store instead.

Love these pans! Great size for multi use. I bought them to use for flour, egg, and bread crumbs coatings. These are quality pans. Unfortunately, these were shipped in a plastic shipping envelope so the corners are dented. These should have been shipped in a box with packing materials. I need to exchange these damaged ones for another set.

Very very thin, two of the pans were dented on arrival. They were shipped in a paper bag with no sort of protective packing paper or bubble wrap.
