Then it "suddenly" stopped working. Worked in the morning, stopped working that afternoon. It may not have been as sudden as it seemed as the unit seemed at first to get very hot at a lower setting and then seemed to take longer to heat, so it may have been a process. Until it stopped working I was quite happy with it. I will now look for something more reliable to replace this one. There are a lot of similar burners in the same price range and I can't see how a produce having such poor reliability can succeed.Amazon was gracious in accepting it as a return.

It works well but maybe too well? It burned up all the paint on my brand new percolator and turned it from red to yellow in minutes and makes scary noises like it’s going to explode.

I ordered 2 of these and they are working great for me. I teach a cooking class to developmentally disabled adults we need more cook areas. I order some digital hot plates that were a total bust. So ordered these because they were not digital or induction.They are great!The only downside is the metal housing under the cast iron burner gets hot while cooking. It's not enough to burn with just a quick touch, but you definitely wouldn't want to hod on to it for more than a second or two. They work so well that this is not a deal breaker for me. I love them.

I'm very happy with my Hot Plate,Cusimax Double Burner. I have a small stove that wasn't cutting it anymore. I bought new burners and it still wasn't good enough. So, I bought this and I love it. The Hot Plate,Cusimax Double Burner work very well, I like the fact it has a large burner too. It gets hot quick and the cooking is done in a timely manner.

Great induction burner! I’m a former chef so I can be a little picky about cooking items. I was looking for an affordable induction burner to create a “soup bar” for my daughter’s birthday we were hosting at a park. This was perfect and such a good price!I had a 10 quart stock pot of chicken broth which came up to a full boil in about 10-15 minutes. Super easy to use, not bulky, clean and simple design. So happy with my purchase!

A versatile and reliable addition to any kitchen or portable cooking setup. The 1800W double burner heats up quickly and evenly, and the 7 adjustable power levels make it easy to control the temperature for different types of cooking. It works well with all cookware, and the cast iron heating plates feel durable and sturdy. My only slight issue is that it takes a bit longer to cool down after use, so just be careful

I use this for cooking. It is safe and easy to clean. The cooking wares are protected without too high temperatures. The price is reasonable and the delivery is acceptable.

Nice looking, works great and takes little space. The only thing is the temperature switches warm up along with the whole thing a bit, they shouldve put them on the side somewhere..its a bit weird to be they so close to the stove
