This is a well-made product that fits the large Green Egg fine. It is heavy duty and should not ever break. When purchasing you should consider the weight of the product, and the person that will be using it. It is very well packaged.

This Plate Settler for my Medium Big Green Egg works. I use it to cook chicken directly on the plate settler by flipping it over (legs point skyward) or I reverse it (legs point to the ground) and use as a charcoal smoke diffuser to slowing cooking ribs, chicken, vegetables, or whatever you wish. Plus, I do not have to be concern about it cracking or breaking, like my previous ceramic diffuser. Recently, I did by a new ceramic diffuser, still in the box. I will use it for cooking pizza.

Demasiado GRANDE, NO ENVONA en las cejas provistas para este accesorio del asador Char Grill Akron 6201, como medio centimetro mas grande. Lo voy a llevar a cortar pero tengo miedo que rompan la ceramica.No lo devuelvo porque tengo fiesta y lo voy a usar asi.

Très belle plaque pour une cuisson indirecte! Très hâte de l essayé. Emballage soigné avec double protection. Premier test en fin de semaine avec un pull pork. Test réussi!!!

My original BGE plate setter split in 2 and the price was right for this model. If you have a large BGE as I do, this will do the job. It is a bit smaller than my original and you'll need to be careful to place the unit just right to fit on the ledge once that is done you're good to go.
