Its really a great stone, nothing to fancy about it. It hits temp nicely and I love cooking on it for so many things. Everyone should have a stone if you don't. They are great upgrade to any kitchen.

Pizza Stone worked pretty well, stuck it in the oven for 30 minutes after the oven got to temp and the temp of the stone was pretty even throughout (within .5 degrees F). Crisped the crust really good, though I messed up and made the dough too moist making it stick to the stone.Of note after the first pizza the temp of the stone dropped a couple degrees so it will need to be reheated in between pizzas. It's also a bit on the small size. It's good for a personal size pizza but not so much for sharing. So far I've only used it to make pizza but I could see it being useful for making bread and other items that would use a stone.Overall I think it's worth the money.Update:Made more pizzas and this time reduced the amount of liquid in the dough and added Semolina flour and the pizzas released without issue. After the first pizza I let it reheat for 10 minutes before adding the next pizza and it resulted in a similar quality of crust.

Really helps to provide a crisp, evenly cooked crust on frozen pizzas. We use this in an RV oven, which is propane and has abysmal temperature control. Cooking a frozen pizza has always been a pain as the crust will cook unevenly, burn in spots, and the pizza will fall through the rack in places before it firms up enough to hold itself. This stone solves all of these issues. We preheat the oven with the stone in place, then set the frozen pizza directly on the stone. The pizza is perfectly supported, crisps up nice without burning anywhere, and cooks evenly throughout the thickness of the pizza. This is such a great value in that it allows us to cook frozen pizzas to where we prefer them to delivery. Wish we would have known what a difference it would make before. The only issue that I see is that the stone does absorb oil easily, and pizza is greasy when cooking. The original pure off white finish is long gone, and the stone is somewhat ugly - but it still works great and we haven't noticed any negative effects other than cosmetic. Pizza still cooks and tastes great when using this.

This is a really nice pizza stone. It's definitely quality, heavy duty and does the job. This is my first one and I'm really looking forward to getting a ton of use out of it. So far, so good. I don't use mine the traditional way of letting it bake for an hour in a 450 degree oven. I use mine like a pan for frozen pizza and it definitely works better than a sheet pan. You can taste the difference. Using for store bought pies is good because most are only 12 inches wide so it fits perfectly. My only issue is that it is only 13 inches by 13 inches. I'd love if they offered a larger one by at least another 4 inches so I can put the big Aldi pizza's on it. I took off 1 star simply because of the smaller size. But, the stone itself is quality and will make a big difference on your pizza's.

This is good if you eat alone of pizza. It gives the crust of the pizza the same texture you might expect in a pizza place. It is better than using a metal pan in my opinion.

Since it's just the two of us here eating the pizza, I tend to make smaller pies if I'm making it from scratch, this way we can have two different toppings pizzas to share. This pizza stone (Arcedo Pizza Stone For Oven and Grill 13 Inch, Baking Stone For Bread Thermal Shock Resistant BBQ Grilling Square Pizza Pan Cordierite Cooking Stone With PE Scraper) is really nice quality, perfectly cut and smooth edges, the surface is flawless and will get better with more bake time to get it seasoned. It fits the pizzas I make and the ones from the frozen aisle too. It gives even consistent heat which is so helpful for my oven that tends to have issues with maintaining the right temperature. Having it in the oven on the lower rack helps with baking things on the middle rack. We used to have a nice pizza stone until I accidentally dropped it on the tile floor and it cracked into pieces. This is a great replacement and I'm glad I was able to get it to try out.
