I am going to return it, I thought it was just what I wnted until I got it home and read the instructions, and it said if you use it 3 mins you have to let it cool for 30 mins. Not accceptable!! It never memtion that before I bought it, it was in the hand book.

Im writing this review after a lot of uses with this lively product. The quality is perfect. The size is perfect a lot of functions , easy to use , safe!! And not nosy, love it and recommended to my friends and family is very versatilely And makes for me the work in the kitchen so easy

First time owning a food processor and can't believe I lived without one for so long. After using it for the first time, here's my takeaways:1. The blades are very SHARP! The auto modes work as indicated in the instructions. READ the instructions.2. The chop function is very good. I cut some potatoes and carrots.3. This machine comes with a French Fried Potato Julienne Disc, 2 in 1 chopping blade, Rough Slicer & Rough Julienne Disc and emulsifying Disc + shredder Disc.4. The base of this food processor has suction cups that stick to my countertop so well that every time I want to reposition it I have reposition each of the cups.5. The machine is a lot quieter than I expected but I've only used it on low.6. The food processor made very well and durable and looks great on my counter.Overall, this machine made cooking way easier for me. I'm a slow chopper and normally have to do all my chopping before I can start cooking. Tonight, I was able to chop as I cooked and it made everything go much faster. I'm excited to see what else I can do with this machine!

I'm giving this a 4, but with some caveats.My bread machine broke days after this had arrived. I already had it washed and waiting to be tested, so instead of the Kitchen-Aid, I gave this a try.The instructions are sparse so I had to go to the Amazon page for details on usage.It was easy to assemble the bowl and the attachment for the dough. The bowl is huge, so it fit all of the ingredients easily, and with the turn of a button, I watched and waited. The instructions specify to not run the motor for more than 2 minutes, or else you have to wait 30 minutes (!!!) for it to cool down. I was pleasantly surprised to see the dough come together and reach the ideal consistency in less than 90 seconds!This worked well for the first knead and rise. I tested putting the dough back in for the second knead. Do Not Attempt. It was noisy and the whole thing was bouncing around at go. It didn't take more than 2 seconds for me to turn it off and remove the dough. Lesson learned.So, the caveats.This is VERY difficult to clean. The instructions specify that it should be handwashed, but on the Amazon ad page, it states that it's dishwasher safe. I opted to follow the manual and handwash it. This was not easy. There are very small, deep grooves on the centre insert that holds the blades, and they were impossible to get to for everything from dough, to cheese, to bits of vegetables without inserting a narrow brush (not included) and working your way through each of the crevices one at a time. It was very frustrating.That said, it grated hard cheese well without bits flying off like with some food processors. I also found that it did most firm vegetables well, but it wasn't great for peppers (which are pictured in the ad image).Overall, I like it. I think it's a bit overpriced, and it's really for large volumes, so you may want to consider that before buying. It also doesn't come with a storage box or bag and it's huge, so it takes up a lot of space in a cupboard.

I've now processed quite a few different foods with this processor. I've made a few coleslaws with this, and it has worked fine. There were some larger pieces at the end with the large julienne setting, but the vast majority of food had been properly grated and processed. The cleaning was a bit cumbersome, as expected, with an oddly shaped top half of the food processor being difficult to manoeuvre around with the sponge. I've never used an emulsifying disc before, and it was an interesting experience when I didn't want to mix a large liquid, and it worked really well. The blakc cup to keep the processor going was nice, and it allowed me to stuff larger carrots inside the food processor when they were too large to go down normally without a little bit of a push. It has three different options: high, low, and pulse speeds. They all work fine and feel good to use. The pulse is particularly helpful to get things dislodged if there is a piece of food or if the grater is slightly stuck. Good food processor!!

This food processor is 600W and boy is it ever powerful. I was able to make nicely cut julienne carrots for my salad in less than 10 seconds. There is a large variety of blades to make large and small julienne cuts, thick and thin slices, shreds, potato fries, dough, whisking and chopping. The processor locks easily and given the few number of buttons, is super easy to use. This food processor is good for processing LARGE volumes of food very quickly and not great for processing smaller amounts of food because for the chopping and whipping attachments you need to fill the processor at least a quarter of the volume for it to even function. Putting one or two egg whites with the whipping tool doesn't whip the egg whites. Overall, great for parties and making a large amount of food, but the amount of time it takes to set up, clean and put away the appliance is just not worth it for very low volume of food preparation; you'd be better of using a regular knife and cutting board.

we bought this one because the last one failed. this one only runs continuously for six minutes then must be cooled for thirty minutes. the primary duty of the food processor is to make the excellent homemade mayonnaise. we require a unit that will run continuously for about fifteen minutes. the limitations of this machine that were not apparent at the time of purchase is the reason for the low rating.
