Compré el procesador de alimentos marca GE el 12 de mayo del 2024 con toda la confianza que GE es sinónimo de calidad.Tengo experiencia con diferentes marcas de procesadoras de alimentos (Oster, Hamilton...) pero esta al inicio se sintió que no tenía la suficiente potencia, a la tercera vez no prendió por lo que, como todavía tenía la garantía de 1 año con GE y supe que Mabe es la responsable de GE, me comuniqué con ellos para hacerles saber y vaya sorpresa! NO me quisieron hacer válida la garantía, que ellos sólo "hacen la garantía de línea blanca" y de ahí no los saqué...no me dieron solución, aaaa!! Y aparte pésima atención al cliente por parte de Mabe.Como ya había pasado los 30 días con Amazon supe que ellos claramente no eran los responsables de darme solución a la situación sin embargo me comuniqué con ellos para que supieran el mal servicio de Mabe y su "garantía" que no respetan. Sorprendentemente Amazon me reembolsó el dinero (sin ninguna obligación).Escribo esta reseña con el fin de informar que en mi caso:-El procesador de alimentos dejó de funcionar después de 2 veces-Mabe (responsable de GE) no quiso hacerse responsable de la garantía que por derecho tengo de 1 año después de la compra.Advertidos están.

When greasing cheese it’s takesa long time and doesn’t do a good job it just folds under and you can’t put much pressure on it

Its been quite long ago since a purchase this great processor and honestly have met all my spectations.I see a review above stating this product as a blender but isn't a Blender guys its a processor ,don't get confused

I bought this to shred my food, after it's been cooked. I am elderly and living in tiny apt. This will replace my counter top mixer as well..it appears to be of high quality, not too costly and will be used every day.

OK, I'm probably one of the few people on earth who haven't used a food processor. I was needing to make large batches of home made dog food and my blender was not cutting it. This machine is wonderful. I highly recommend it. Haven't had it for a long time but I find it easy to use and very efficient. Sure has made my life easier.Update- Still loving it. It's a workhorse. Great machine!

I’ve never used anything but a Cusinart food processor. The one I had lasted over 20 years. When the work bowl cracked, and then little pieces started to break off, I discovered that replacement work bowls weren’t being made anymore. Went to buy a new Cuisinart processor, saw a lot of complaints about the food chute and generally lower quality, and decided to look for an alternative. And here we are. This food processor is great!! It took a little retraining because the handle and cover line up on the right and my old one was in the front, but otherwise it’s straightforward to use, the food chute is a snap, I love the reversible blades, and it’s easy to clean. Plus, and this is a big deal to me, it weighs soooo much less than my old processor! I haven’t used it for bread dough yet and that will be the real test, but for everything else it’s just as good as my old Cuisinart, and has features that are far superior. Annnnd, it costs less too, which was a bonus.

I bought this on prime day and feel that I would never buy it again. It worked well at first, except that the unit would vibrate a lot. Today I was chopping up boiled eggs and it simply stopped working! It's too late to return it and I don't remember if I purchased the service contract. I feel ripped off.
