High quality and powerful. A good size for Chopping and dicing. Unfortunately it doesn't puree food. Easy to clean. It was a good buy

It did not do as indicated, chop, blend, shred, left most of the items as they were before attempting to chop. The noise that came from this machine was horrendous and is not acceptable. None of the pieces fit snuggly so the juice or dust from items being processed spewed out all over. The video of person using it could not be the right machine. Sent back for a full refund.

***Update. The company stepped in right away and sent a replacement item. That is so great. Thank you company *****After about 9 months of flawless performance, I took it out today and it wont work. I have tried everything and can't figure it out. is there any way to contact the company and maybe they could help? I've read the PDF and had my husband take a look. Neither one helped.

This was awesome! Quiet, strong, long battery life......and then it wouldn't charge. I am heartbroken. I'll keep searching for a food processor to meet my needs.

I was excited for this food processor as it is cordless, however it was used 3 times before it broke. I was excited to begin making more sauces this summer after not using it for a few seasons. Only to use it and have it stop functioning. I charged it fully; however it won't start and simply leaves the light signal on. I would not recommend this product. I would love a refund or a replacement; though, I am past the 30 days.Update! They sent me a new food processor since the electronic portion of the original one I received stopped working. I have yet to try it as I just brought it home, however I am excited to, make sauces again!
