These pads are not 1/4 inch thick. Less than 1/8th inch thick.Too thin, doctor recommended 1/4 inch, no less.

Well made and uses 3M adhesive but Dr. Jills pads are thicker and one pc. These seemed to be two layers and a bit thinner tha 1/4"
