WISH I COULD RETURN AFTER WEARING - These would be great but I think the sizing is off. my feet measure a perfect size 7 on any shoe store foot scale, I wear 7.5 in heels, and an 8 in sneakers due to all the extra padding that are in sneakers...I purchased these Gel Pads in the size to fit between 7 - 9 and these are too tight, left rubber band squeeze marks completely around my toe (2nd toe in from big toe) and around the top of the middle of my upper foot where it straps across, very painful after wearing & uncomfortable for some time after being removed, until the marks alleviated. I've worn the set of Gel Pads so assuming I cannot return them but if I could, I would. I think they're nice but watch out for sizing - so hard when it's mail order.

These are the best I have found! They are a little bit longer than any of the others I have purchased since (2012). Which helps them stay in position and feel better cus the bottom seam is positioned past the ball of your foot. So your not walking on the seam, which is painful. Plus the added feature of having a band to go around your heel keeps them in place. The cushion pad is wider and thicker than other brands, so it covers the whole width of the ball of your foot. Feels good, great quality and great price!

It looked good in theory. But it was not implemented successfully. Firstly it runs smaller than the measurements in the chart. The toe part was cutting off my circulation. The material really irritated my skin, and after wearing this for a day my feet are itching like crazy and have a rash. And to top it off it didn’t really have much support on the bottom of my feet. I’d love to see a similar concept done right. This isn’t it.

I'm an 9.5 size, so them stay in place.The padding is fine,Nicely packaged. And the price is great for pkg of 2. Stays in place and provides comfort and pain relief.

These really do help relieve pressure, but add width and depth so sometimes they are hard to wear with shoes.

This item would be a great product and offer a lot of relief for people struggling with pain in the ball of the feet. And this new design really solve the problem,your toe would not hurt and the heel strap stay this pad in the correct side and on your feet. The inner GEL are much bigger than the same product I try.. Love this design, solve product problem and save my life..

This cushion have Strap Between The Big Toe And The Other Four Toes.So The pad Is free to wear and would not rubbing your toe any more!! This Also Keeps It stay Being Positioned Properly. At The Base Of The Ball Closer To The Arch Where You Need It For Neuroma!These worked perfectly. They padded the ball of my feet and stabilized the area minimizing the irritating friction from movement. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought these because I was getting pain on the forefoot of my left foot from teaching dance fit. I bought supportive insoles that didn't seem to help much so I thought I'd try these. They are helpful! The only issue is that it moves sometimes in the shoe, so that's annoying, but if you can get the pad in the perfect position & it stays there, it's golden.

In the fall I had a bad fall and got deep tissue bruising, twisted and/or pulled tendons with possible hairline fractures in my metatarsals and was told I had something called "metatarsalgia". For a while I couldnt walk and when I began to again I could wear very limited shoes. I am unsure how early on these could help as I didnt end up finding these or buying them until 6 weeks after the injury. Upon receiving them I put them in my favourite pair of Adidas shoes which I could wear and they actually work very well. Im able to wear all my shoes again. They are also great for lining your shoes if you play sports, especially basketball. I dont spend lots of money on my shoes but own the cheaper Nike Kyrie shoes and these add a good amount of cushion to your steps, jumps and landings. Really gives $100 shoes the cushioning of shoes much more expensive. Will be buying a few packs again.
