My toddler was absolutely convinced that he was having a "Rock and Roll" birthday party this year. There's not really much out there for a toddler Rock and Roll party, so these were perfect. They started out hanging but then the kids just wanted to play with them, which was perfectly acceptable. They served their purpose and provided entertainment!

We used these for my sons rock and roll birthday party, they were very cute and the kids loved them. The only issues was they lost air so fast we had to keep inflating them
