I've bought 3 of these for my toddler. When the first one broke, I assumed it was a fluke. Just went a head and bought two more just in case he were to break another. These are NOT durable. You can tune them, but I wouldn't waste your money on this.

This guitar rocks!!! I bought this guitar for my grandson who is 1 years old. Although it was bought for him to play with as a toy, it is legit and very sturdy. The strings stay tuned and this guitar can actually be played. If you’re looking to buy a toy guitar that is inexpensive, I would recommend this for your child.

1 yr old grandson loves this toy more than any other!I play guitar, so my grandson wants to play my guitar, however, not a wise choice for all he does is smack, pull and throw at his age. Although, he does try to pluck and hold it properly once in while… monkey see, monkey do..I tried to buy him a digital guitar toy but it wasn’t the same as mine with real strings. Luckily, I found this toy guitar w/strings and he loves it!Now, he wants to jam and sing along and for the most part, leave my guitar alone while I play it.If you’re looking for a toy guitar with strings that’s inexpensive and will gauge whether or not to invest a better guitar in the future, this is it!Warning, it’s a toy! Not a Martin! Don’t expect to get it in tune and start writing ballads and rock anthems.

My two year old granddaughter likes it however I was disappointed in the quality. It is truly only for toy use. I was hoping the strings would stay in tune but they do not
