My seedlings are still tiny, so I can't speak to the blossoms yet. But I will say that the seeds germinate fast and have good viability.

This is a tremendous value considering the number of seeds. While it is too early to plant in my zone, I should be starting some indoors soon. The seeds look to be good quality, and the flowers themselves will be beautiful. I am doing a fairly large area as a zinnia bed, so I am delighted by the number of seeds!

We like to plant zinnias because they don't require too much effort in terms of care. Zinnias thrive in our area, provide excellent ground cover, and attract pollinators to our vegetable garden. We typically plant yellow or orange varieties on our property. Although the mix is random, the different colors are a welcome change of pace. The quality of the seeds appears decent, no excessive dried flower debris mixed in.Early results look very promising. My wife and daughter started a handful of these seeds outside in repurposed plastic cups in a sunny spot on our patio, and sprouts emerged in less than a week. The price is really good for the size of this pack if you need to immediately plant a large field of flowers. Otherwise, you don't have to rely on saving seeds from your best plants for next season.

As shown in the pictures, the bag is literally half full of seeds. The bag says there are 14,000+ seeds with NO fillers, but I was doubtful. When I opened the bag I was pleasantly surprised! There are truly only seeds, nice sized seeds that look like they'll produce sturdy stems. There is also a coupon included for 20% off your next order. I only give this item four stars because, obviously, I've neither sown nor harvested anything yet. I plan to update my review later in the summer to reflect what these seeds actually produce. Stay tuned!

Zinnias are about my favorite flower. They grow tall, and are fun to watch as they go through their blooming stages. The colors are also fantastic not just the pedals but the whole flower with tiny mini flowers at the center. I start these in my hydroponic garden, and then after they're a few inches tall transfer them to pots outdoors. I usually will stake them to make them sturdier, since they can get real top heavy. They are easy to grow, just be sure you grow them in a large pot with mulch, because if they dry out they can go into shock pretty quickly. They will recover if you water them immediately, but you don't want to do that often. I don't know if in my lifetime I will be able to plant 14,000 seeds but what a bargain for such an exceptional flower.

My elementary school had a small amount of flowers in front surrounded by alternating rings of rhyolite lave and dolomite gravel. One year my class got to replant some of the flower bed and we carefully sprinkled in zinnia seeds and it was amazing to watch their progress as they sprouted, but didn't bloom as the year came to an end.I am really looking forward to watching the full process this time. I think it may take a bit longer, the growing season in my west coast hometown is very different from here so I think the sprouting may take longer because there is less sun, but I think they may bloom for longer and with more vibrant colors, I think flowers could burn easily in the desert. This package has a lot of seeds. I would try to grow them inside, but my cat is just too evil to plants, so I will have to wait for next month and hopefully warmer growing weather.
