Purchased this heater on December 11 started using it around December 17 whenever it arrived. It’s February 19 today and the fan started turning off and when I unplugged it, it looked like it was gonna catch on fire. My plug was black not happy. Don’t recommend this at all. Thank God, I was paying attention. It could’ve burned my house down! Biggest piece of crap I’ve ever bought. It’s zero out of 100 in my book. Do not buy this if you do be careful it doesn’t burn your house down and it’s cheaply made.

So I recently moved into a vintage cottage style house that I love with an enclosed porch with lots of charming vintage windows .Their is no heat in this area.I always wanted a pot belly look fireplace so when I found this adorable white vintage style electric one I was so happy. And the flames look realistic to me. Its so pretty and I put a wood burning smelling candle on top.Its adds just the right amount of heat to make it feel cozy .I only have it for a few months so can't speak longevity but I'll do a follow up review. The only slight disappointment was the no cracking sound. But I put in my phone off of u tube so that works. I wouldn't trade the style for that.It so pretty.I love the little door and the window pane look.Its the perfect touch to my porch and the perfect ambience this winter!

It's so darn cute!! I bought it for my office, and it was a fabulous decision. It makes my office seem so upscale now and added so much style and personality. I love that the exterior of the fireplace does not get hot so I can set decor on top. I also like that I can have the flames displayed without the heat so I can use it in the summertime. The heater works so well, my office is always warm and toasty now. the only assemble was putting the legs on. Love it!

There’s really nothing I dislike about these units. , I live in Canada, can get a tad cold 😀…. Must say it does radiate a good amount of heat for a good size apartment. Mind you I wouldn’t recommend you use it all day 😀….I use is for the lovely glow the logs give off !

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this little ‘stove’ is - it’s a very well made space heater! Yes, the legs are plastic but they are sturdy and look nice (can’t tell by looking that they are plastic). It cranks out the heat with a quiet fan and the ‘flame’ is charming. Solid construction and very easy to assemble.

The heat was good, price was a bit high at time of purchase, it lasted about 8 months. The power switch broke and will not switch on and I am unsure on how to repair this.

Odor could be harmful for people with sinus or lung sensitivity. I love this little heater/stove and it gives off such a nice warm glow. The fake logs are really pleasant to look at and it definitely puts out the heat. Super easy to set up, however 3 of the legs did not completely line up so only was able to use 2 screws on each leg. Still seems plenty sturdy. The odor was immediate on start up and remained strong for at least 12 hours. For me it was not a good experience, causing sore throat and irritated sinus. This was mentioned in their description so I am hoping the odor will eventually go away.

At first there is a smell when the fan went on- after a couple of days running it went away- out gassing I guess? definitely a great fireplace. I love how you can adjust everything even the light of the fire you can set the thermostat easily! I wait until I like how warm it is then I turn it down just until it clicks-I look at my home thermostat to see the temperature. The top of it is not hot so safe for toddlers ! And you can actually put stuff on top if you want. It’s nice and lightweight and easy to set up. You just need one Phillips screwdriver for putting the legs on it. It is packaged carefully. Came earlier than I expected!👏 I’m very happy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❣️

Wanted low-wattage so wouldn't blow fuses; this doesn't disappoint in that regard. BUT, cheaply constructed, het/air blows out from bottom so takes forever to make any difference and I don't really want to heat the flooring around the unit. Would be suitable, perhaps, for a very small room, but not for the area I had in mind. I will use this unit for awhile (just received it last week) and see if it works for me and my family; if not, I will be selling it or giving it away soon

There are many things to like about this small, capable heater. The rust colour sets it apart from the many other electric simulated stoves, the all metal construction is nice, and its ability to heat small spaces quickly, while giving a somewhat realistic flame effect is also great. It delivers at a price point that is competitive with other models in its class.A few features are lacking: a remote control, digital thermostat (a rotary knob sets the temperature, and its somewhat finicky to find the sweet spot), and also a convenient way to remove the large white warning sticker on the top. FYI lighter fluid, paper towel, and some vigorous scrubbing did the job quite nicely, but required a lot of time to get that nasty adhesive off.I purchased an outdoor-grade (15A) remote control power outlet, which now allows me to turn on and off the heater without getting out of bed. A nice upgrade for being too warm in the middle of the night!Overall, I am very happy I purchased this unit.
