The delivery carrier damaged the first one, Amazon sent another one right away and picked up the damaged fireplace. The 2nd one had some sort of electrical problem that we tried working on with the support team. They sent another one ASAP and picked up this one as well. Which is helpful since it wouldn’t have fit in my vehicle. 3rd time is a charm after good customer service and it looks very nice.

I recently finished the basement and looking for an electric fireplace. This product is awesome. It has many options and looks cool. It also has a heater function and can warm up the basement quickly. I love this fireplace.

My husband and I were transforming our den and adding in built ins for a dry bar. We removed a baseboard heater from the wall and needed a source of heat, but also wanted something stylish. I found this 60" fireplace on sale for an amazing price and I was wowed when we put it together. It's easy to use and so stylish - our guests love picking their fireplace color when they stay on the sofa sleeper! It also produces great heat without the danger of a hot surface due to the fan output. We had it set up with the legs while we waited to flush mount it into the built ins. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to elevate their space!

This Electric Fireplace offers so much versatility. You could literally see a different fireplace combination every single day for months -- 5 adjustable brightness levels, 12 adjustable log flame colors (very realistic flames), 12 adjustable crystal flame colors. I put it in the basement and I may actually recess it into the wall.Easy to change with the touch screen or the handy remote control.The Heater is powerful and works instantly. This fireplace not only looks great it is an efficient heater and will warm up any room in minutes.Pull it out of the box and it is ready to go. I have the "feet" on the fireplace right now, but as I said prior, I may recess this into the wall. You can also mount it on the wall.Instruction manual is easy to follow with simple steps.I can't wait to have my family over for the holidays and turn on this wonderful electric fireplace.

This electric fireplace looks nice, especially when turned on. It doesn't put out a ton of heat but enough to take the edge off in the basement family room. We were happy with the quality and impressed with how simple it was to install.
