S escuchaba bien, pro nada más m duró el gusto x un mes, posteriormente ya no s escuchó nada, prndia el indicador d foqito azul, pro NO s escuchaba nada, pnsé q estaba descargado, pro ni el foqito rojo m indicaba nada, también pnsé q era el cargador o el cable, pro absolutamente nada. M pasó d un comntario q ví más arriba. Espro también poderme comunicar con la marca MSELTOS O AMAZON

Ya gotta have one! It's great! Good battery life! Nice and really tricks your mind into thinking you have a real fireplace rather than a redneck sitting in front of this fake, purple one!

I searched and searched for a good quality sound box & this is it! I'm a very pleased with its HD sound and all the choices you have for fire sound crackles. Also, the loop is quite long. If you are on the fence, go ahead and buy this. You wont be sorry!

The sound it makes works great for adding realism for my electric fireplace. The problem is that it just stops working for no apparent reason. I even contacted the seller/manufacturer by email. They didn't know why it stopped. So I got a replacement from Amazon since it was a holiday purchase and failed before the end of January. Got the replacement on January 5th. It failed yesterday (Feb 14) exactly the same way as its predecessor. I give up.

I recently purchased an electric fireplace insert but one thing was missing, the sound of a crackling fire. This fireplace crackler is the perfect addition! The speaker battery holds a very long charge. I use it daily for several hours at a time and was impressed by the battery life. I also love the different crackle sound options it has for you to choose from. It’s easy to use and when it needs to be charged it alerts you. It is also small and discreet so you can hide it by your fireplace and no one would even know it’s there.

This is the perfect real sound of a lovely crackling wood-burning fireplace, with various sound options, & is perfect for those of us stuck with electric fireplaces. I can’t imagine using the fireplace without it now. It’s a MUST-HAVE! It’s small & discrete & rechargeable. It’s truly perfect.

I bought this because I love the sound of a cracking fire. My electric fireplace did not come with that ability. I did a lot of research and decided on this product and so glad I did. I like that it is rechargeable. I hate buying and recycling batteries. Charging was quick. The different settings that are nice and should make people with different tastes in sound happy. Price was okay. Size is perfect. Very easy to hide. Would buy again.

I have one sitting in the fireplace in the living room next to my electric log heater as we decided to stop using it as a wood burning one. It came with crackle sounds, but it didn't sound realistic. So we turned the sound off and bought this and love it. So much so, my husband bought me a second one for my electric fireplace stove. Very realistic and has 10 different types of crackle sounds/levels. AND I have been using it for a week now, 12 hours a day so far on a single charge ;)

As with a lot of electronic products these days, the instructions left a lot to be desired. One of the things that I found out the hard way was that this thing will emit a loud alarm when the battery is low. I hadn't realized that I wasn't completely turning it off. I was awakened from a sound sleep a couple of times by this thing until I realized how to turn it off.Initially, I was skeptical because I thought that I would always be able to tell that it's fake, however, it really works quite well. No one so far who has heard it has thought that it was anything other than actual fireplace sounds. You do have to kind of find the sweet spot though of all of the different variations. Overall I'm pretty pleased. Work on those instructions…

I was very happy with this sound box and then it suddenly stopped working. The blue lights were still on and the on and off sound still worked but nothing else. I have contacted Amazon and hope for a response soon.
