Aesthetics are nice but it really doesn’t put out much heat. Blower is at the bottom which really just heats up the floor around it, instead of dispersing into the room. Fan should be at the top. It’s now taking space in my closet

This space heater works really great in my bedroom which is always cold. But it also is beautiful just as a nightlight and there are switches for both options. I’ll often turn on the flames without the actual heat if I don’t need it.

We removed a wood stove years ago and just now added this 24” model electric one. It does a good job of heating this end of house which is a quite large room with nine foot ceilings. We only need to add a few degrees to this end of house and it does that very well and VERY quietly. It looks small in this location, but we are getting used to that look.

The heat comes out on the very bottom. This is why you don't feel the heat blowing much, even on highest setting. $169. I was expecting to feel heat blowing while knocking chill out of room downstairs. It takes a longer amount of time to keep the room at the temperature of HVAC setting as a support heater. Downstairs is always colder. Thermostat is upstairs. I have support heaters in two rooms now. Found another brand for half the price with two settings also with 750/1500 watts. This remote works but kinda tricky. Point it at the side not the front for it to turn on. The flame is the high point very pretty. Does not get hot at all on top.

First of all, the heater came beautifully packaged. My Amazon driver accidentally delivered it to my neighbor's house. Between the two of us (two old ladies), we had to figure out a way to get the very large, cumbersome box through a foot of snow over to my place. Anyway, the heater made up for the delivery mishap! It is attractive, looks like a real fireplace, and, man, does it provide heat! I'm sitting in my living room right now, using it on the lower setting, and I feel like I could turn my furnace off. Fantastic purchase!

I had high hopes for this heater/fireplace. It looks very nice. Right out of the box, when just the “flame” screen is turned on, it starts clicking…about every 2-3 seconds. It’s a very loud clicking too. Turning on the heating function does not stop the clicking either. I’ve even noticed the flickering “flame” skips a beat when it clicks. I’ve had it for 2 days now and I am probably going to return it for being defective. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. The idea was good but the quality is garbage.
