Bought these because the tank I got from Walmart came with its own filter and they did not include the filter name. So far they haven’t disappointed me. It keeps the water clear and clean. I have no tested how long it will live for, I replace it every month and that seems to do the job. Based on what it looks like, I’d say it lasts about a month. It doesn’t smell if you replace it often enough. It keeps the filter quiet, but this does depend on your filter. It works well, and it pretty easy to use depending on the filter.

I could not find filters for my pump. The pump came in a start up aquarium and it appears that they do not make replacement filters. I ordered these and they work perfect. They are a great fit and seem to get the job done. I will definitely order them again. They are a great product for the price.

These clog super fast, within a day of just cleaning the tank. The weave is too toght. So basically need to use two filters per tank clean. And zero carbon granules. They are more economical and they fit well. They just don't perform as well as the Top Fin brand.
