Works well for work was at a tire shop for a while, still had to adjust it every so often but I think any brace you would, doesn't pinch the crotch to much but takes a bit to get used to it does add some form of support because it helped with my labrum issues since the pain wasn't as bad with it on.

This item was large for its sizing. It made no improvement for my body!! It dislocated every single time I got in my car, or sat down. Was a real bother…. I gave it away to Goodwill

Item seemed well made, good quality. After reading positive reviews I decided to try it. Sadly it had no effect on my pain. Returned.

I got this brace because I have sciatica on my right side. It helps keep my right thigh area feel supported. There is a strap that connects to the lower waist that helps maintain support and keeps the leg section from sliding downward. It is very comfortable to wear and I hardly notice that it is even on. You can wear it under your clothes as long as your clothing is not too tight. It is adjustable and easy to hand wash. When ordering the brace, you can choose either right or left braces. I like the brace and I recommend it.

Not much back support, but the upper leg compression and the little bit of back support does help with the sciatica pain a little,

The advertised size was bigger than I ordered and received. I ordered a size down and it was still close to two sizes to big. Order a bit smaller if you need the compression.
