You are better off with a $10 scale than this one. If you just pick a few random items to weight them one after another. After a few rounds you will notice you will get different numbers for the same item almost every time, calibration does not fix this. For example, if you weight 10 random items, write down their numbers, then go back and weight them again, you will actually see a big difference, which makes you wonder is are the real weights of those random items, this scale is useless.

This scale is very easy to use. They are very accurate. I compared them to my other jewelry scale and the accuracy is very high. It is perfect for jewelry or DIY projects requiring high accuracy. You just should be aware that it requires some space. It can be an issue if you have a limited space.

I might not be a typical use case, but I'm using this scale to weigh coins in my collection. I like how precise it is and have no doubt it would perform just as well with jewelry and anything else that needs this amount of precision. Great tool to have in your arsenal!

I have another “higher end” jewelry scale that I used to compare this one to. It is incredibly accurate. It’s easy to use and comes with features you expect from a scale of this caliber. It is reliable and easy to use.
