Gets hotter than my other torch using the same gas. This torch is stout. It does not feel flimsy at all. It is sized appropriately for use around the shop. Instant ignition on the first strike. Zero leakage and the ability to dial in a flame when needed makes the extra couple dollars well worth the money.

This is nice and sturdy and so far has worked great. This is pretty much the same thing as whatever the name brand $50+ torches are. Has all the safety features and doesn't leak. I use this to light my pellet stove and so far a single Coleman camping size tank has lasted 3 months. That's much cheaper than buying pellet starter junk. Much faster too.

I like the dial control, you can adjust it to whatever heat intensity you want. I used it for rusted engine parts, no issues so far. Priced better than other competitors ($75 bucks is crazy!)

It lights on the very first push. Consistent flame better than I expected for the price. I would definitely spend the extra money for this torch. It’s worth every penny.

Though it's a little bulky it makes up for it with its performance. I used the tip for searing to spread the flame on a Chrome plated tube that was covered with a thin plastic film. The torch worked flawlessly. I like the flame instant on and instant off of its trigger. No turning on and off of a knob during use. Simply press it's trigger and you have flame, release trigger flame goes out. The heat level is high and instantaneous when you depress its trigger. It's single-handed use allows work in difficult situations where you need your other hand to hold your work. This is a nice torch. I would buy it again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality, high heat, high performance torch.

I had my burnzomatic or whatever go out, the striker quit firing....I think I like this one better. Doesn't click click when you light it, so I dunno if thats good or bad. Works great right now, lights right up, good quality, no leakage, consistant flame. Tip provides a better flame than the burnzo. I was surprised, and satisfied. Quality little unit.

Works perfectly. I personally would have preferred a slightly finer flame, but it obviously depends on what you are using it for.
