Love this cookware and ordered this larger capacity pan for my need to make extra meals. Have recently converted over to Hexclad and find that it is easy to use, the food cooks well and they are easy to clean. You do have to clean and season properly though. What I like best is the heat resistant handles and how well the lids seal, plus being able to use in the oven up to 500 degrees (400 with lids). Although expensive, there is value in having a lifetime product with the manufacturer’s guarantee. They stand behind their product when properly used and cared for.

Love this pan. Goes from stove top to oven and is so easy to clean. Use it every week and just ordered a smaller one with lid for other stuff. 😊

I waited until we used this a few times to review because it’s a bit pricey. Definitely worth the price, even heat distribution, non stick, stove or oven. Sear, sautéed, make sauce, stir fry, larege capacity. We love it. We bought the frying pan set too. Follow instructions and season just one time before using. It was recommended we use vegetable oil for the season.

This is the best pan I've ever owned. I use it for everything. The size means I can now cook properly enough food for 4-5 people. It's amazing quality, cooks perfectly, works on all stove types, and cleans easily.

This is my second pan from the brand, also own a huge 10 qt soup pan. Excellent quality. Heavy, even heating, non-stick, easy to clean, very large cooking surface for a variety of dishes cooked for at four+ people. Browns well when used on medium flame or electric stove. Oven and dishwasher-safe. Metal utensils could be used if desired. Has a nice tempered glass lid.It is a very quality pan that lasts; its price tag is quite justified. A pleasure to use.

Got this pan for Christmas. So far, it’s amazing! It’s so big and heavy, you can cook a whole meal in it. Clean up is super easy. If my opinion changes over time, I’ll update. Missed the “best” price by a few days. ( cyber Monday)

Love this. It’s durable, versatile, and will undoubtedly save me a lot of time, money and space in the long run. I have three teens and need to be able to cook large meals. My younger two are just starting to venture into cooking when I’m at work. I spent a lot of money on the Always Pan a few years ago, it lost its non stick coating in less than a month of use. I have purchased a few cheaper non sticks in the meantime while my teens were practicing their egg cooking skills among other things. They all were ruined in the process. So I bit the bullet and invested in my first two Hexclad items. I bought this and a large skillet. I love that this can be used in a multitude of ways including in place of a Dutch oven. I’ve used it at least a dozen times since my purchase and it hasn’t lost its luster one bit. It heats evenly, it’s comfortable to maneuver even though it’s quite large, the lid fits perfectly, is easy to store, the material is durable and is easy to clean. I can trust it can withstand my twins cooking ventures, as it has thus far, when other utensils have failed.
