Connect the camera to the power supply (always).

Press the MENU button and select the camera icon.

This baby monitor has a really long range! We use it at our church and it reaches from one end to the other with a 13,000 square foot building!The visuals on the screen are good and more colorful than other monitors I’ve used or have.The zoom was a bit tricky because someone used it and couldn’t figure out how to undo it. So it could possibly be a little more user friendly on some of the settings.It does seem to have quite a few unnecessary settings that makes the menu options a bit overkill but perhaps those are useful to others.The size is good, sound quality is good.Overall it performs really well for the price!

This is our second hello baby monitor over the years and through 3 children. Camera works fantastic. I didn't think we'd use the movable camera feature but we use it all the time when the baby moves around. Amazing! Picture, sound and clarity are great. As for setup it's very much plug and play.The monitor stopped charging after a few weeks. We contacted the hello baby team for support. They where quick to respond. Gave us some trouble shooting to run through. After all was tried it turns out the unit was faulty. It happens. Hello baby dispatched a replacement unit. Would highly recommend.

I live in a small condo and needed a baby monitor that could let me be in the other room. This monitor works great with the small area. The sound pick up is good, picture is great, and allows for multiple cameras to be connected. The battery life is great I only have to charge every other day and setting up the camera was fast and simple.Cons of this monitor is that sometimes it glitches. It's only for a minute but the picture distorts or lines go over the screen. Also there is a lullaby feature but it's only on the monitor screen I think it would be better if that was on the camera. Additionally, a great feature it lacks is a clock.

Mir wurde die Kamera von meiner Familie empfohlen. Wichtig war mir vorallem, dass es nicht per WLAN funktioniert, da solche gehackt werden können.Die Auflösung ist richtig gut. Auch im Nachtmodus kann ich mein Kind super gut sehen. Was mir sehr gefällt ist, dass man ein Monitor mit zwei Kameras verbinden kann. Zudem muss man die Geräte nur einmal miteinander verbinden und selbst wenn man den Stecker rauszieht oder das Gerät auf Reisen mitnimmt, muss man es nur an den Strom anschließen und nicht wieder Kamera und Monitor verbinden.Nachdem ich die Babykamera 1 Woche benutzt habe, ließ sich der Monitor nicht mehr aufladen. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert und direkt am nächsten Tag eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Und nach einem kurzen Austausch via Mail wurde mir ein neuer Monitor zugesichert. Nach 2 Tagen kam schon das Paket an..Ich bin sehr mit der Kamera und dem Service zufrieden und empfehle sie auch meinen Freundinnen.

I bought this monitor 1.5 years ago. Used it everyday without any issues at all. I love the VOX setting so my sons sound machine will not turn on the parent unit screen. It also has great picture and I love the zoom and pan features. It’s an amazing monitor, especially for the price point. Recently the parent unit stopped charging so I contacted customer service. They helped me troubleshoot and when we learned I needed a new parent unit, they are sending me one for free even though I’m outside the warranty window! I highly recommend this particular monitor and Hello Baby products !

We love this monitor. It’s so easy to use, has good picture quality, and we love that we can talk to our toddler through it. It’s a good size which makes it so easy to travel with as well. I love that you can move the camera using the monitor. So if you need to adjust your view you don’t have to sneak into the room to physically adjust the camera angle.A great purchase and highly recommend.

My son is a patient of Cerebal Palsy and 19 yrs of age. This product is very helpful for me to monitor him from any part of the house. Earlier whenever I had to move out of the room, I had to make someone sit in the room to monitor him. But now there is no need for anyone else. I can do other works and keep an eye on him simultaneously.It's a great product, very useful and reliable. It's delivery was before time too. Thank you 😊

This monitor has been amazing! We LOVED the quality for the price and the range was phenomenal and we could go anywhere in our house and even in the yard with full coverage. We charge it at night (while in use) and we only use it during naptime during the day. We really like that we can talk through it, and that we can scan the full room. There are more perks that we haven't used. Video quality is good. Unfortunately, almost two months in the parent handheld set no longer connects to the camera. We have gone through all of the troubleshoot information provided and even reset the controls. We are so bummed since we loved this monitor! We messaged customer care and hopefully they can help us fix the problem. I will update if anything changes.UPDATE: After emailing with the company and going through product support we were unable to fix our current parent control. Tech support sent us a new device and parent control. I have loved using thing and am so glad their customer care is top notch.

Acquistato come regalo per una coppia di amici diventati genitori da poco, questo baby monitor è dotato di un ampio schermo da 3,2 pollici che garantisce una buona risoluzione.La telecamera è molto comoda perchè rileva in automatico se l'illuminazione è scarsa e consente una buona visione notturna.Fondamentale è l'audio bidirezionale che permette non solo di sentire la voce del bimbo ma permette anche al bimbo di sentire la voce rassicurante dei genitori.È presente anche la funzione Vox che attiva automaticamente il display quando viene rilavata una voce.La videocamera ha una panoramica sia in verticale che in orizzontale di 355° ed ha un sensore di allarme che avvisa se nella camera avvengono dei bruschi cambiamenti di temperatura.Il baby monitor è dotato di un cavo di alimentazione.Consigliato!!!Spero di essere stato utile.
