So I’ve had a problem when 2 separate monitors stopped charging on me. The first one was replaced by my mom and it did the same thing. I reached out to the companies customer service team because I thought it was odd that I had the same problem. Well safe to say they were excellent at sending a replacement and as you can see from the pic it’s now charging and fully working. They solved my problem and shipped it out the next day. I received it within 2 days which is amazing bc not being able to keep an eye on my toddler was the worse! Thank you so much

This is a great baby monitor! Screen is clear and the features of black/white and color are great. Sound quality is good too. This monitor can have up to 4 cameras programmed to it, which is nice. I had a small issue with my first monitor screen so I contacted customer service and without issue, just received another monitor and camera for free! Customer service was easy and fast. Would recommend!

I have two children, and I ordered two of these thinking you could pair both monitors to both cameras, but that is not the case. After a frustrating back-and-forth with customer service, they finally understood my needs, and let me know that the cameras do not work that way. If you had only one monitor but up to four cameras, you could synch them all to the monitor, but not multiple monitors. That is a feature that is sorely lacking, but not the reason for only one star.It is very unfortunate how often this monitor loses signal from the camera. The claim is that it has a range of 960 feet, but that range doesn't even exist in our hallway, let alone from the next room. One problem with this, aside from the loss of signal itself, is that you cannot turn off or even lower the volume of the very loud beep that occurs every few seconds when there is no signal until it comes back on. I cannot keep the monitor close to me since I sleep near my 2-month old, and the beep startles him awake. One monitor worked OK for a while, but it's been getting progressively worse, and now you can hardly use it. I am within the warranty period, but I have not heard back from the company though I wrote to them weeks ago. This product hardly deserves the one star I have to give.

This was a great first time monitor! We had this for two years before the charging chord went out and needed an extra camera so we bought two. Then the brand name changed from ANMEATE to Kidsneed which was confusing, but we found our way around. We had a bit a trouble near the end of its use at four years when the chord on the charger that plugged into the monitor gave out and would only work if you twisted or played with it. Pros: 1) it didn’t have WiFi. 2) it was easy to take around the house. Lightweight. The screen wasn’t overly huge. 3) Easy to understand settings and simple to learn. The cons were 1) the chargers gave us problems after a while. 2) the light that grows when the baby cries is crazy bright. We usually had to put something over it or turn it away. 3) the kickstand eventually came off from usage, but was easy to put back on. Our oldest played with it a lot which resulted in losing it a few times.

This camera is very good for the money. The wall mount is very easy to install. It turns around just about 360 degrees. The sound from the camera to the parent monitor is very clear, but the speaker on the camera for baby to hear could be a lot better. I don’t see myself using that very often anyway. You can pick lullabies to play for baby and hear them all from the monitor, and there is a zoom option. I got this camera so that I could monitor my baby during naps while I work from home, and my only complaint so far is that the signal cuts out sometimes because there is a refrigerator between the room and my desk. Otherwise is very nice for the money. I would recommend. Plus you are able to connect up to 4 of these cameras to one parent monitor if you purchase more than one.

I don't generally review very much. However I will make an exception for this product. This baby monitor was one of the less expensive ones and it has some great features like room temperature and the ability to play Lullabies that led me to purchase it. I bought it in April and unfortunately in June something happened to the charging port that led to its failure. It just wouldn't stay on unless I was wiggling the cord. Not necessarily reflective on the monitor, these type of issues can happen in anything regardless of the price. What stood out to me, and what led me to leave this review was the customer service. I wrote to the seller and explained what was going on. There was no fuss, no trying to get out of responsibility. No issues whatsoever. I was simply told we apologize we're sending you a new one. That to me was amazing and something I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend purchasing this baby monitor. The quality of the picture is excellent and it works well and it is always good to know that if something does fail you are buying it from people that will stand behind their product.

The Anmeate baby monitor surpassed my expectations.In the picture I included, you’ll see how far away I was from my house (the light green house) before I began to lose connection.. the monitor camera was upstairs in a bedroom and the picture remained clear up until that point.The ability to move the camera view around the room is amazing. If your baby escapes the crib, you’ll be able to see it all happening hahaThe included lullabies are cute and soothing and to top it all off, you can not only hear what’s going on in the room where the camera is, but you can speak through it too!!The night vision is also pretty impressive.Battery life is great.Overall, the monitor is VERY easy to use, hands down a great value for the money and has a good warranty too although this seems to be pretty solidly built so I doubt you would even need it!
