Sind sehr zufrieden mit der Kamera. Ich habe mich für die Kamera aufgrund des großen Bildschirms entschieden und bin super zufrieden damit. Die Bild- und Tonqualität sind sehr gut. Der Nachtmodus ist einwandfrei. Man kann auch im Dunkeln alles erkennen.

We have had our fair share of monitors. This one is far superior.Pros: two cameras, two way talking, camera movement, monitor can switch between cameras on its own, monitor screen can be turned off at night while it’s still switching cameras and the volume is on, color and night vision, huge screen you can see from far, split screenBut the best part is their amazing customer service. We have had a couple issues with our cameras losing night vision but they respond and react quickly, sending us a new one. This has happened multiple times and we have had this system for over a year, but it just happened again and they STILL sent us a new one.

I got my Bonoch camera when I had my twins last year and I love it! I used a different brand with my oldest child and it doesn't even compare. The image quality is great, it keeps track of the temperature in the room, and I can easily have the monitor cycle through all three kids cameras throughout the night. It is very easy to use and set up. Also, whenever I have had any issues with anything customer service was great and were very helpful and sent replacements when needed. Whenever I did need to hook up a new camera or monitor it was very quick and easy. And the 7" screen on the monitor is amazing!

I’m really happy with this baby monitor! It offers clear viewing, even at night, and the sound quality is excellent—exactly what you’d expect from a good baby monitor. I did encounter some issues initially, but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and resolved them quickly. Overall, a reliable product with great support!

We got this as a gift and love the double screen to see both kids! Well the night vision decided to stop working after only a few days of having it. So I contacted customer service and they were AMAZING! They sent a replacement that very day and I can see both kids perfectly now. I’ve had the new camera set up for a month or so with with no problem! If it wasn’t for their customer service I wouldn’t be making this review. Well done customer service, specially well done Naomi! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My family has used this baby monitor with two cameras for our two little kids for almost 2 years. It was very easy to set up and I love that the cameras can rotate! My only gripe with it (which, in hindsight, makes perfect sense) was that you could only get audio from one camera at a time. We got around this issue by putting a sound-only monitor in one room so we could get audio and visuals from both rooms.After two years, the cameras are still working perfectly. I've only had to reset them once or twice. The monitor itself failed about 3 weeks ago. One day, after turning it on, the video blanked out. It still worked as a sound monitor but there was no picture at all. Keep in mind that this monitor has been through heavy use/some abuse (drops, kids drooling into it, etc) so I wasn't shocked or really upset that it broke after ~2 years. I contacted bonoch to see if I could just purchase another monitor since we didn't need an extra camera. Without any requests on my end they informed me that (after getting some info/video of the issue) they would send us a new monitor, absolutely free. 3 days later and the new monitor arrived! Set up was simple once again and now we're back in business!So we have 0 complaints for the product and are incredibly happy with the customer service!

Love these cameras and the monitor with the ability to have a split screen. The monitor screen is a good size. Set up is super easy. I did have a small issue with the night vision feature not working and within 24 hours of contacting Customer Service, they had sent put a brand new camera with no issue at all. The customer service was great.

10" Unit: As a product designer at NASA (ergonomics expert), I am very critical of product designs. I would not limit this to a "baby monitor" although it functions well for this purpose. The quality of the display far exceeds that of other units I've tested. In addition, the cameras are extremely functional with very little lag if any. To get the most out of this system, you want to learn a couple of tricks: One is to place all cameras on the screen at once, but the big surprise (as I did not find this documented) is to set all cameras to "SCAN MODE". When set such that the camera view is full screen (not split screen), hold down the power button for around 10 seconds or until you see the "SCAN MODE" (something similar to this verbiage) and it switches cameras every 15 seconds.With our modern wireless security cameras it is nearly impossible or extremely difficult (depending upon the brand of security cam) to obtain a "live view" of the camera's view. With the Bonoch, I placed the cameras in locations where I want to see a live view, and either set it to "scan" between full screens, or sometimes set to see all cameras at the same time.The quality of the camera and mechanism to move the camera is lag-free and simple (press and release highest button on the right, a left right up down symbol appears on the screen, and use the edges of the "OK" pad to move the camera.ELECTRICAL INTERFERENCE: I have around 3.2 million wireless devices in my house (slight exaggeration) and there are never any interference issues. This is quite surprising to me, as the designer of wireless equipment. They did a killer job and their antenna on the 10" display clearly works (whether it is needed or not).SUPPORT: This to me is shocking: I had a Bonoch camera that was of an older design. It was still technically under warranty, but it appeared to be irrelevant. Instead of the 1000 back and forth with the million questions designed to tire you out, I received a response to my request for service within 2 hours of my sending the request. All they wanted to know was my shipping address and picture of the failed camera's serial number. I sent it and I received the replacement within 4 days? I was shocked. Also, most will ship a refurbished camera. I received a brand new camera with the latest features.CLEVER USE: If you want to be creative there are many ways you can use this camera: One truly valuable use: The delay in time for my Ring door cam's audio to respond takes longer than I like. With this unit, when I'm expecting a delivery or a person, I will place the camera right outside my front door (weather permitting) and can speak immediately with the person who just pushed the ring camera button.

We ordered the 7 inch monitor with two cameras. The night vision did not work at all with one camera and a dim light had to be on for it to work. However, when contacting the company, the customer service was excellent. They were prompt with responses and helped organize sending a new camera right away ( night vision does work in this one). Great customer service!
